The size of the room is hard to find in the metro. Its comfortable and well maintained. It was pleasant surprise that they even sent a slice of cake after having learned of the reason for our stay.

I like the cleanliness
I asked for a housekeeping assistance to help us fix the washing machine but no one arrived

It's been over a month since I deposited 10,000 pesos and I still haven't received a refund. No answer from the hotel.

Really enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights stay. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Really made our staycation memorable

Staff are friendly and the size of the room bigger than other hotel's rooms
It doesn't look like 5 stars hotel and it is very expensive compared with what you expected from 5 star hotels. It is good for family with kids.

Location very good. Room is big and had everything we needed. Also staff is friendly as usual in the Philippines. Breakfast is excellent and has plenty of choices.
We booked a room for 4, but only had beds for 2. Hotel staff however quickly reacted and provided us with two additional beds for our kids.
Check-in a bit slow.

I booked the one bedroom executive king suite which is very spacious and complete with kitchen and laundry-dryer. This is great as I stayed for more than a week so I was able to do my laundry and cook. The hotel is quite central and close to malls, very convenient. The staff are quite attentive too.
I stayed in this hotel a few years ago which is the reason why I chose to stay with them again. I remember being very impressed then and thought that it was a perfect place to stay for long term even if it was a bit pricey. Unfortunately it was not up to my expectation. The room felt a bit dated, the kitchen lacked utensils (you need to pay if you are going to request for extra), housekeeping was not thorough (even though I only requested for housekeeping twice during my week stay as I kept the room clean anyway). I still liked the hotel overall however I felt that the price is too high for what you are getting.

Good bed, facilities, clean rooms. Able to check in earlier than advised. Friendly staff. Efficient elevator systems
1. Sound proofing Is less than what was expected and with heavy doors, you can hear banging of closing doors even without slamming (unfortunately the room in front of us had lots of guests going in and out)
2. Kitchen cabinets are too high that it was late when we found out there were some utensils on the upper shelves
3. Buffet breakfast was good. However when I asked for a brochure on the Breakfast sets I was given a nice one with no prices
4. Booking was for twin beds but only 1 breakfast buffet was allowed. When asked to extend privilege to 2nd family member, I was asked to contact the 3rd party provider (what a good excuse for your front desk personnel) which never replied back with a confirmation. Common sense lang naman that booking was for 2. Disappointing indeed 😑

Good location near the malls
The toilet was clogged when I flushed the toilet it over flowed

Breakfast, spacious space.
Cutleries were incomplete— no teaspoons, had to request for a pan for cooking. Induction stove is not up to par— not heating well, too slow. Had to ask staff if that is really how it is and they said yes.
And parking!!! For the love of God, if you will get people to book in the place then they should have parking available! We had to park the night at Podium and had to spend 500 pesos!

all the staff are very helpful and kind, it is a relaxing place to be after the long day of fun and tour with the kids around manila, the place is stranger to them but their feeling make them to feel like home one they arrive back to the hotel.
i do have concerns but not sure if it was the bed sheets or the air ventilation as we had itchy feelings specially on my kids even after shower but i don’t see them as very serious but my mom did. Hopefully the improvements will be made but overall it was great experience.

We loved the massive rooms and comfortable beds
As others have said, the kitchens are starting to look a little tired. Ours was clean though and it didn’t detract from our overall stay.

Furniture, including the bed, was incredibly soft and comfortable. The shower was perfect and comes with a sauna feature which was very welcome. Wifi was stable and a decent speed (20Mbps). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not the hotel's fault, but there was construction going on right outside our window that started around 4am and went until quite late. The bed was comfortable enough, though, that we just slept through most of the noise.

Spacious rooms. Complete set of kitchen atuff. Comfortable beds.
One of the staff called and told us that our room is not sound proof and gave us a warning that they will charge a penalty if other guest will complain about the noise from our room. We had some guests for dinner and we cannot control everyone to lower their voice when talking, and in the first place, it's not our fault if the room is not sound proof.
