Amazing location, right next to the castle, beautiful gardens to sunbath right on the lake. Lovely outside thermal pool. Great value. Lake view room outstanding views.
No coffee/tea facilities in the room. We had a beautiful balcony with stunning views across the lake, it would have been lovely to sit out there in the morning/evening with a coffee and enjoy the view.
First day we were given the wrong room, overlooking carpark, I had booked and paid extra for a lake view. They moved us to the correct room the following day. Hugely disappointed not to wake up with the lake view on our first morning.
Cost of hotel includes breakfast. But was not aware if you want anything hot (omelette, bacon, pancakes) it's an extra 5 euros each time. Fresh orange juice is also an extra 5 euros per glass. Should be made aware of this upon booking.

Location is amazing, right outside of ZTL/fortress, with onsite parking. Thermal pool is included. The hotel breakfast has everything you could want.
Rooms are small and outdated with not enough electric outlets. Noise isolation could be improved as well as the mattresses.

Excellent location right outside the old city wall. The spa was great! That’s also the first time that we have ever been in a Sulphate pool.
The breakfast buffet wasn’t the best. If they did have eggs, they were usually cold hard boiled eggs. Also the air conditioner in our room did not work every well. It really did not cool the room off very much.

Good location, very closed to the oldtown.
There is an airconditioning in room but wasn't working. The weather was so hot durling July.

Gorgeous location and so close to the old town with so many Gelato shops! Lovely garden area for the sun loungers overlooking the lake, so peaceful! Food was fab, 4 courses and great variey!
Rather small shower, I'm still amazed my husband could even get in it!

Great location, lovely top
floor room with roof top views. Easy access to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop to visit almost anywhere within the lagoon.

The view from the room over the lake was lovely, and there is only one building between the hotel and the castle/old town, which was a great spot for an evening walk and dinner.
Had a bit of trouble with the power sockets; they didn’t seem to be the standard Eu size.
Think the pool closed a bit early too; would liked the chance for a quick swim after the hot Sun had gone.

The staff were very helpful, they even made every attempt to contact us after we had left as we had left passports in the safe, which meant we were able to make our flight. The location was brilliant, about as close as you can get to the old city without having to drive through the very narrow streets. The garden around the pool had a great view of the lake as did our room, well worth paying extra for those rooms.
The pool was a bit hot for us, but then the weather was 33 degrees at the time a would of liked a cooler pool. It is clear that it is a thermal pool, but did not realise it would as hot as it was. However there was access to the lake if you needed a cool dip.

The pool was nice
The air conditioning was broken when I stayed at this property- which wasn’t great as it was 28 degrees.
I opened the windows to let some air in and the room filled with mosquitos.
I asked to move rooms and got put into a tiny single room when I originally booked a double.
Hotel very dated.

if you come with a car - the location is ideal. you don't have to enter the impossible old city and you are just
100 m from it. the hotel has its own thermal water.
the hotel is quiet basic but the price is very good.

Quite nice but a bit old. Breakfest OK, a very appreciated thermalbath.
Thanks Sara for the choclate rabbit when checking out!
The electrical heater wasn´t possible to totally turn off.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. We enjoyed the thermal water in the hotel pool.

thermal facilities inside the Hotel’s premises.
needs some refurbishment here and there…

Great location and the free parking is a big bonus.
Very strong sulphur smell throughout the hotel due to the thermal pools. It put us off eating in the restaurant. Hotel facilities were fine however the room was very tired and in need of maintenance. One of the bed side light fittings hanging was off the wall and we could see the paint peeling around the room. Staff at breakfast weren't very friendly and we felt like we were a bother asking for basic things. Staff on reception however were friendly and seemed a lot more approachable. WiFi only available in the reception/lobby area.

Nice thermal outside pool, you can use it even when it's cold.
Great that you can park outside.
Overall, it's a bit dated maybe, mostly elderly guests.

Everything is perfect! Location, parking, cleanliness, breakfast, staff… all for 10. The only complaint is that the rooms are too small, everything else is fantastic! I highly recommend it and I would always come to the same hotel!
