Accoglienza e struttura non all’altezza di un 4 stelle, immobile vecchio che richiede di una manutenzione maggiore, la moquette della scala di accesso al primo piano è vecchia consumata e macchiata, veramente indecente….

Het zwembad is 33 graden, en stinkt naar zwavel wat je door het hele hotel ruikt. Niet erg fris en verkoelend.

Although hotel and location were good we didn't really feel appreciated.

Great location. Nice outside breakfast terrace.

Never received the QR code per mail needed for the parking going in (even after 2nd follow up request to send us one). Night receptionist told me I did not need the code to drive out of the parking but it turned out I did need it. This created a lot of unnecessary hassle and irritation.

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen Kein direkter Seezugang Nur ein sehr warmer Thermal-Pool im Außenbereich. Für eine erfrischende Abkühlung im Sommer nicht wirklich geeignet. Teilweise strenger Schwefelgeruch im Treppenhaus durch die Thermalquelle

The smelliest and worst hotel!(

The worst hotel experience in 10 years of traveling. The hotel has two buildings, and one of them smells terrible from the entrance to the elevator and the rooms. The reception, of course, is in the other building. So after check-in, you end up in the stinky building, and they offer to change your room only for a hefty extra charge. Terrible and the most unfriendly staff who couldn't care less about your problems.

The stench is so bad that you start to get a headache and feel nauseous after 3 minutes. It's impossible to stay in these conditions. They refused to cancel our reservation even though my husband suffers from migraines and we can't stay in such conditions. The administrator spoke rudely and behaved arrogantly. I do not recommend this terrible hotel to anyone! Run away from them and don't pay a cent.

Would have liked to give a higher score, as it is a wonderful hotel, however, no air conditioning

Perfect location with stunning views of the lake. Lovely outside setting for drinks, restaurant and breakfast. Staff in bar and restaurant were friendly and polite. Single bedroom was modern and clean. Sunlounger, patio set and umberella provided on the balcony.

Faulty air conditioning, 28 degrees was far too hot to enjoy a decent nights sleep Reception was rather unwelcoming Could have supplied more toiletries No tea tray or complimentary water Spa was too busy

Classy, comfortable, efficient

Loved this hotel, great room with view over harbour. Best breakfast overlooking the harbour too. Everyone super friendly with a great vibe. Pool a real bonus, next to the harbour with lots of boat action to view. Will be back!

Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, a estrutura parecia toda nova, quarto super lindo, excelente vista para o lago, cama maravilhosa, banheiro amplo, ficaria por muitos dias hospedados tranquilamente.

O hotel fica dentro de Sirmione, então chegar no final de semana exige um pouco de paciência em função do transito.

Comfortable stay - conveniently located to the main sights

Excellent location, right next to the Castello. I have stayed in this area before - pre-COVID - and loved it, but was surprised by the crowds of people who walk around this part of Sirmione rather than spreading up into the parks and beach areas. As a result (not the fault of the hotel), the location - while convenient - did not feel restful.

As per my note above (not the hotel's fault) the crowds in Sirmione that hang around the Castello were surprisingly large - even by Venetian standards! As a result the location, while convenient, was not as restful as I'd hoped.

Nothing in particular

The staff in the reception do not answer the phone. I tried for 45 minutes to reach them in order to get the acccess to the parking that is out of the hotel location. Without any success!!! Unbelievable!!!! Such an ignorance!!!

great location right on the water and next to the water taxi/ferry, right by the castle and bridge. great patio bar area.

the a/c is off and it got a little warm at night. the balcony needs to have bar type chairs so you can see over the walls.

out stay was nice and pleasurable. the room was big, the location was perfect amd the staf was good.

i like the location it's really at the center and juat right in front of the Castle. and also just in front where the ferry dock and where all the tour started.

there are a lot of insects in our terrace and goes inside the toilet and in the room. it was like a big mosquito but luckily none of us has been bitten. maybe it wasn't harmful at all.
