Aikuisten k18 spa oli loistava ja suosittelen! Hotellin yhteydessä oli kiva ruokapaikka ja Vimsin alue oli mukavan rauhallinen!

Hotellihuone oli perus ok. Suihkutila/wc vähän päivityksen tarpeessa mutta muuten siisti huone.

Täitsa tore oli!

Hommikusöök oli täitsa hea ning ka voodi oli magamiseks mõnus. Tuba vastas igati ootustele ning kokkuvõttes oli täiesti mõnus olemine. Spa on kindlasti tasemel ning seda võib soovitada. Meeldivaks täienduseks lõõgastumisele oli kõrvalasuv kino, millesse sai hoone seest.

Kylpylän lattiat olivat limaiset, samoin altaissa penkit olivat limoittuneet. Melko riisutut huoneet ja ei ihan niin hieno kuin minkä kuvan hotellista sai.

Exceptional

Only one thing was missing in the room, the air conditioning. The pool and spa were excellent. The breakfast was good, and the staff was warm and friendly. I hope to come back soon

I was expecting clean and modern spa and hotel visit, this was not it.

Room was dirty and tired. Spa was okay but old and tired.

My room window curtains were diry and had holes in them. Room was very out of date and I expected much more.

Relaxing spa at 20'-30' from old city

Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Bathrobes and towels were provided as advertised. Spa was relaxing ( even if a bit smaller than imagined); it had 7 saunas (6 were working when we visited), 2 jacuzzi, 3 baby pools, one moderate-sized spa pool and a swimming pool. Aquapark was closed in May. Morning beakfast was delicious and with a large variety of food.

There was a huge amount of noise every night of our stay between 10 pm and about 1 am, which made the sleep impossible until 1am. I think the noise came from some nearby gameroom or pool/bowling room that seemed to have remained opened until very late (we had a room on 5th floor and noises were very strong). To be fair, noises came from other visitors, so not the hotel team' s fault, but it would help to do some checks on the corridors in the nights to see that quiet hours are respected.

At dinner there might be good to be some choices for kids.(now every salad had vinegar in them) maybe nuggets or some thing like that would be nice to. Now when you have to take towels from the room to pools it might be good to have some towelrack to dry the towels in the room. Now there is nothing you can dry them on.

Not worth the money we paid!

The access to the water park.

The rooms are very rudimentary. We paid over £100 per night and there want even a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. A travel lodge is lots cheaper and these items are available. The bathroom was tiny and the shower divide want even attached to the floor.

Very good

Nice and comfortable hotel, if You are visiting aqua park and spa procedures. For hotel guests very easy access to the water relaxation center. Very impressive breakfast. Especially interesting for children as there was extremely wide choice for different kind of sweets. Very helpful and friendly staff.

At some moments reception is too overcrowded - you need to wait in long lane, despite two receptionists were there all the time. Unfortunately, hotel's parking was full. A bit specific thing - I had corner room with big corner windows, which, unfortunately, wasn't enough tight - cold from street was coming in, even the windows was fully closed.

Staff at Aquapark waterpark friendly and helpful. Good and big gym.

Unbelievably rude staff at the hotel and at Black Rose restaurant/bar, dirty and outdated room with a broken toilet and leaking sink, breakfast small and unhealthy. Don't trust the answer if you ask something before your stay.

Tallinn didn't want Finns (or Swedish) tourist! My last 3 trip Tallinn 2 awfull and 1 good.

Breakfast was 6/10. Christmas dinner 1/10 ( I have never got so poor Christmas dinner and it's coast a lot).

Prices are western standard/ customer service is Russian standard. Customer service people rather show their backside than service you. They even hide when they see customers (not only for me). Many people try to find that Spa, but their information for that place is poor. I look how angry they was when couple of people asking it. Only one speak good english all others say like shiirtyone (=31). Nobody speak finnish even that we are maybe biggest group for customers.
