Fantastisch all-in hotel

Kwaliteit van het eten en drinken Zeer propere kamers en mooi onderhouden Prachtige locatie, op wandelafstand van Port El Kantaoui

Onze kamer was nog niet gerenoveerd, de badkamer was redelijk oud.

La plage de sable, les piscines, la salle de sport, le buffet de repas du soir, la qualité du service aux bars, qualité des cocktails et de l’offre de bar du all-in

Gute Auswahl an Essen, auch teilweise frisch zubereitete Speisen. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab auch ein abendliches Programm. War gemütlich.

A good relaxing stay.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Location is good, only 15 minute walk to the port. All inclusive buffet is good with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and welcoming but respectful and professional. Facilities are good with no extra unexpected charges.

Rooms and corridors need updating to fit with the newly renovated foyer, lounge and reception area. The outside of the building needs repainting to sharpen up its appearance. More European and English breakfast options would be good. A la carte restaurant was fully booked and we could only book once during our stay. Spa was also fully booked.

Holiday in a Hotel

The staff were all fantastic and service was very fast. I would come back to iberostar for the staff alone :)

The buffet got a little repetitive and the area around the hotel wasn't great. Very little to see and do. Also the room wasn't ready 2 days in a row until after 3pm and cockroach found dead in room the first morning

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay and cannot fault the service and effort of the staff. I gave tips to a number of workers as I get they went above and beyond which was impressive.

Die Animation ist seit Jahren die gleiche und schlecht.Wir brauchen keine in der Anlage ist ein wunderbarer Platz im Garten, aber leider findet dort nur ab und zu live Musik, die sehr gut ist statt. Die Animation findet Gott sei Dank in einer seperaten Arena statt.

I am delighted to have stayed in this hotel and would recommend it, especially for its strategic location.

The junior suite I booked was clean, but there were two issues with the window and the air conditioner in my children's room, which made me concerned for their safety. However, when I contacted the reception, the problems were quickly resolved. The staff members were professional and friendly, the hotel had a pleasant smell, the food was delicious, and the entertainment was great.

A wonderful stay.

Everything was great, the staff , the pool, the room, the food , the beach. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

One thing I may recommend is to have an extra lift.

The sea and pool are good. The room was also cozy even though we wanted a better view on the pool and sea

The food could be a little bit better and not repetitive. The service on the pool is terrible. The stuff on the pool are not charming and they do not bring you what you are asking for.

Rellay recommended for couples and families

The hotel is really great for couples and also for families with kids. We travelled with a 9 months old baby and I fully recommend this hotel for anyone with babies, even for ones with young age. Both outside pools have area where a baby -who can crawl and climb- can enjoy the water. Pools are clean. The food was fascinating, every day we could find something delicious also for ourselves and for our son. There are plenty of bread, different type of pizzas, different kind of meat, side dishes and desserts so really a lot of choices. You can ask omlette and pancake to be prepared at breakfast, freshly grilled fish and meat at lunch and dinner. Coctails and drinks are okay as well, you can ask bottled water. The staff is really awesome, they are smiling and friendly all the time, everyone had a good word and some kidnness to us and our son everytime we meet them. The hotel is clean most of the places, they do regular cleanings in common areas and of course in the rooms. You can book several programs in the hotel (via travel agencies and via people offering these). We went with Fredy to Sousse-Medina, you can look for him in the lobby. We went also for a trip with catamaran, this maybe was a bit expensive but we enjoyed the time on sea.

The kids' room was not fully equipped, it is only recommended for older kids (3+ years), I think, because most of the toys (not so many) are for them. The beach was mostly cleaned and well maintained but we found some rubbish anyway. It contained a lot of seaweed, in the sea and on the beach also. The sea contains a lot of rubbish but this is not the hotel's fault, just mentioning it.

Excellent, would definitely return.

Complex was beautiful, well maintained and had a lovely fresh smell all the time. Staff were so happy and friendly. Animation team were awesome.

Food was ok, hard when catering for so many different tastes. Al a carte restaurant needs revising. Needs to be completely different food to buffet.

The star prestige was only open until 5.00 pm. No bar area as such (other than when sunbathing). Shower gel in room was empty after one shower and stayed that way all weekend. Husband is gluten intolerant - we booked up the italian al a carte restaurant for him to be served lasagne as his second course. Only course that was gluten free was the third course where they made him gluten free pasta.

Great staffs, very clean, nice food ranges

We had half board, in dinner we had to pay for any drinks, even water not free in dinner. That’s but weird-how people will eat dinner without drinks?! That should not be the case.

Group trip, excellent 5 *

We went as a group of 19 and stayed in twin rooms, food was great, lots of choice, friendly staff, hospitality from staff was amazing 5* s all the way. Special thanks to Imed and the Entertainment team for making it a brilliant trip. Definitely going back again.
