Cerca de la Mezquita que quería visitar. El desayuno muy variado. La habitación y el baño grandes

No creo que sea un hotel de 5 estrellas, para serlo todo tiene que estar perfecto y había detalles que no los cumplía, no había café,ni bebidas (aunque sean de pago) en la nevera, bolsas de plástico en las papeleras, zapatillas… Para ir a la piscina, había que hacer excursión ,bajar al lobby ,cambiar de ascensor 2 veces…

Prezzo basso servizio altrettanto

Struttura molto grande con molti servizi, personale in parte molto gentile e disponibile, in parte no. Stanza e bagno ampi

È un hotel 5 stelle, ma non vi aspettate qualcosa che si avvicini alla stessa tipologia europea. Molteplici le disattenzioni , arrivati in stanza, non funzionava lo sciacquone del water, sistemato solo il giorno successivo. L'acqua del lavabo non scendeva, non l'ho neppure detto. Il personale addetto alle pulizie, non può non avere notato queste cose, ma non sono addestrati a riferire tempestivamente a chi di dovere o non vengono ascoltati . Un giorno dimenticavano un tipo di asciugamani, un giorno l'altro. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma venivano lasciati a volte si e a volte no. La pulizia della stanza il secondo giorno non è stata fatta e sono saliti alle 21 a farla, dopo nostra richiesta. In ogni caso il tempo standard per la pulizia effettuata da una persona , abbiamo verificato che è di 10 minuti. Tutta la struttura con aria condizionata talmente bassa da infastidire, ma palestra calda. Quest'ultima molto trascurata a partire dalle pulizie al fatto che non lascino asciugamani a disposizione, per asciugarsi durante l'allenamento. Se richiesto, forniscono un telo mare di 2 mt, estremamente scomodo per quel utilizzo. In un caso non ne avevano e ci hanno invitato a risalire in stanza a prenderne uno del bagno.

Udany pobyt

Obiekt przewyższył moje oczekiwania. Jestem zdania, że zasługuje na wyższą ocenę niż aktualna średnia ocen 7,4. Zarówno pokój, jak i łazienka są bardzo przestronne, a przy tym, generalnie, czyste. Obsługa w hotelu jest niezwykle miła i pomocna, a Wi-FI działa bez zarzutu, zarówno w pokojach, na korytarzach czy przy bufecie. Śniadania oceniam jako zróżnicowane i smaczne. Jako plus należy także wymienić lokalizację - hotel stanowi doskonałą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Wielkiego Meczetu Szejka Zajida. Podsumowując, był to bardzo udany pobyt.

Basen jest przyjemny, ale jego otoczenie - jak zauważyli już goście - wymaga powoli odświeżenia.

Facilities and room are great but club inside the hotel, noise...

The facilities are good, the hotel is really good, the room was great, very big, very clean, the staff also nice, but has a club inside and it was a mess outside the room, in the lobby.

Club inside the hotel, people that go to the club stay at the hotel, it was a big mess, a lot of noise. Maybe it was only that day but dont recommend it if you are arriving during the AM.

Good location, parking

It was cold and the air conditioner couldn't heat the room. The door to the terrace was locked and it was impossible to heat the room in this way. A dirty bathtub, strange footprints on the ceiling, a broken closet, a very strange hair dryer. 2 people were indicated, and there were only slippers, one set of towels. There were no bathrobes and toothpaste, only one shower gel. Even the TV couldn't be turned on with the remote control.

Большой бассейн, есть где позагорать, просторные номера, разнообразные вкусные завтраки. Расположение примерно посередине между центром города и аэропортом, чтобы доехать до центра лучше пользоваться автобусами-экспресс (трехзначная нумерация), тогда дорога до центра займет всего 20-25 минут. За свою цену отель весьма годен

Мебель и интерьер местами требует реновации. Комнаты прибирают плоховато - за 5 дней прибывания ковролин ни разу не пропылесосили. Нет тапочек в номерах, но их можно попросить у персонала

Worst 5 star hotel i ever stayed in

It was very close to ADNEC Exhibition Centre where i had word for 2 days

AC was 28 degrees despite calling them for 4 times, no one even bothered to even come and check, couldn’t sleep all night. Only 1 towel in the room. Shower gel and shampoo very watery, couldn’t take a proper shower.

The hotel doesn’t deserve to be called a five star hotel

I had to order and room breakfast because I couldn’t wake up early for the Buffay breakfast because they moved me from the hotel room to a better room very late at night.

It would have been better if I had breakfast from the Buffay, so the food would have been little bit warmer.

lovely hotel and staff with a limited buffet

it was big clean , very welcoming and everything I need was available onsite

the buffet on site was very very limited, the olives were off there starters were literally only spring rolls and the price was way to expensive for a buffet on that level. honestly I was going to ask for a refund but I thought I can’t b asked with the head ache …. deffo wouldn’t recommend or go again

Very bad. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is next to the Grand Mosque.

The rooms were too old and dirty. There was only one towel and 2 mugs for three people. After I asked the staff for more towels and mugs, I waited for 3 hours till they brought me these things. The teapot was broken. The sink had a blockage and the water didn’t go well. Overall, it was not so good experience. I expected for more quality.

Very nice pool,, but not a 5 star hotel!

The gym and pool were really nice. The design of the hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast was really crowded and the service was not well organized. The room was dirty (stains on the carpet). The TV is super Old,!! Can't connect your phone unlike other hotels, which is weird given the hotel is a 5 star one. Check-in was very slow.
