could have been better

park inn upgraded us to Radisson blu next door, the rooms were bigger and the hotel was clean, housekeeping were helpful and friendly

Radisson blu check in staff was a bit rude at the beginning, not cooperative and didn’t make an effort to have our rooms same floor, he gave us a room in the second and seventh floor!! plus the second room was ready after 16:00 we were a big family and we had to wait in one room. on the check out day the reception failed to book us family taxi although we specifically asked for it the night before we had to squeeze in 4 taxis we were a family of 13 people including kids!!

We enjoyed our stay.

Although not a "luxury" hotel, all needs were met. We loved being right on the water with an great view of the golf course. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was more than I anticipated. One morning there were no more ready made omelettes, I asked when they would be more and they made one especially for me. Coffee station right when you walk in- perfect!

We were a couple and were were next door to a rather loud family. It would be better to separate as there was a lot of vacancy. You could hear noise through the wall and on the balcony. At times it was very disturbing.

we requested a room with a balcony since i smoke and they said smoking not allowed but it's okay on the balcony but refused t provide an ash tray.

Perfect location

I came for Trevor Noah's show in Etihad Arena, so the location was just perfect. Ferrari World and a nice Mall are just a few minutes' drive, but you can also take a walk.

Enjoyable Stay with a great & comfortable location

The location it is very conveniently located close to the Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Beach (Cyan Beach) and Water Park. You can take the Free Shuttle to these places or take a taxi which isn't that expensive as well. The airport is also 10 - 15 min away. The Beach access to a very peaceful Cyan Beach and pool access at Radisson (bigger pool) The hotel also gave us a complimentary mattress before our arrival. The Staff was nice, they helped us when they couldn't initially find the booking. Denial (I think this was his name) was very helpful in getting us a family taxi when we were leaving. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There was a strange noise that came from the AC Unit sometimes like an small engine. It got fixed when we complained and I believe Engineer Ali was very thorough in this regard.

Good accommodation for families visiting Yas island.

I asked for an extra bed in my reservation for both rooms and the I had to pay 500 aed extra for beds that was confirmed on my booking. I also asked for a connecting room and didn't get one.

Excellent view and worth the price

My excellent view from our room. It was relaxing experience using the suite room. No disturbance at all if your in suite room. They have a coffee machine and with set of coffee capsules. Love it!!!

Reception needs to be more polite when dealing with guests. It was women who cater me in checking in. Room service is not that alert . Had to call several times just to request with complimentary fruits that goes with suite room. No chance to use any of the facilities- pool is small, sauna , gym is closed.

Buona solo per la posizione

Struttura buona, posizione ottima perché si è vicino ai parchi di divertimento. Stanze grandi, sempre molto pulita e sistemata. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona.

Il servizio navetta per i parchi è praticamente inutilizzabile, perché c'è una folla di turisti per un solo bus minuscolo ogni 15 minuti e tocca aspettare sotto al sole, motivo per cui alla fine abbiamo utilizzato sempre il taxi. Cena a buffet nell'hotel accanto e non in struttura, motivo per cui è capitato che la comunicazione della nostra presenza a cena per qualche motivo scappasse e ci veniva chiesto "ma dovete pagare non è inclusa" consiglio una migliore comunicazione,tra le strutture, per evitare equivoci sgradevoli. Altra pecca purtroppo la clientela davvero maleducata, durante la colazione sembrava di stare di guerra, tutti che ti superano in fila in cerca di cibo, veramente atteggiamenti assurdi e sgradevoli .

Brilliant hotel close to Yas attractions

Very nice and chic hotel, secure underground parking with valet available as well, check in staff was brilliant, our rooms were upgraded to sea view at check in. Rooms were very comfy, all mod cons available, bottled water provided free of charge. The breakfast was brilliant with the full range of food and also ethnic breakfast items were available. Free shuttle bus to all Yas Island attractions

Signage on approach to the Yas Plaza could be better; there is noise from airplanes so sensitive customers should be aware of that.
