Location was good, in between the south and north pier (towards the south side).
Bar was nice, with pool table and a variety of other games to use.
Room was fine for two and had a smart tv and modern bathroom with light up mirrors.
Shops and food places near by
Vending machine with snacks, toiletries, and items you may need
Price was really cheap and it is a sea front hotel, not that you can use the beach in Blackpool ha ha
Staff were lovely and helpful
Handy little help yourself station with bin bags, toilet roll and other bits.
Although the hotel isn’t the cleanest or the most luxurious, the price is so good and it is value for money
Very noisy. Our room was above the room with a hot tub, the guests were in it until midnight and we could them all night which wasn’t ideal.
There was also a family in the room next door to us that were constantly in and out slamming their door and playing music. We could hear their conversations clearly in the morning.
Room wasn’t that clean, dust and hair in places but was okay. Needed a good deep clean I would say.
Mattress was all bobbly, I thought it was just the type of mattress but when the sheet came off the bed drying the night. Realised it was just worn. They could really use some fitted sheets as every night the sheet came of the bed
Parking is a bit odd, with people being able to block you in and you having to text the person to arrange them to move. But there are other parking places near by not much difference in price.

Great location, very clean, nice bar with view of the sea.
Three lots of stairs to our family room no lift, double bed very uncomfortable which was a shame because the room and bathroom were very modern and clean.

The hotel is south pier side , next door ice-cream then fish&chips then pub then MacDonald two stops from tram the fair and sandcastle and quiet , the lively entertainment is central my room was 1 ground floor twin room , RYAN is a one man band he does everything , cleaners don't do your room daily but if you open your mouth and ask You Get , bar only open till 11 pm so you'll get a decent sleep , I'd go back 100% , I loved it
The steps to hotel are massive but that's your exercise daily so that's not a bad thing 😜

For the money we paid excellent value! Fantastic location and parking available at front.
The climb of stairs to get to the room with a child and luggage!

Location, comfortable and clean

Its location was very gd easy to get to places
Windows didn’t seal when they fixed it we couldn’t open it cause it was sealed shut lights were very dusty and we struggled with steps and stairs and cleaners chucked all clean sheets on floor to change other rooms outside our room making it difficult to get out of room

The accommodation is well located just opposite the beach. Room was spacious and the bar was lovely with a pool table which kept my kids amused
We ran out of milk sachets could have had a couple more in the room for our morning coffee

Rooms weren’t very noise proof but was still fantastic stay

Close by to everything, lovely hotel , great value
Walls could do with a paint and floors could be cleaner. Shower was a bit mouldy towards the top. Would be good if there was a 24 hour reception as problems can occur at night as it did with us. We had to wait till 10am when a staff member came in

It was a great hotel, right on the promenade and walking distance to pleasure beach and tower. Loved room 4 with the terrace was a brilliant addition to the room. Also the staff were so kind to provide a bottle of prosecco for my wife's 50th Birthday a lovely and thoughtful gesture.
Some noisy neighbours but only on 1 night. The walls are really thin but wouldn't stop me staying there.

Was modern and clean friendly staff nice bar area
Really have to say something our tap was loose in the bathroom but I'm picking as it still worked we were very happy 😁

great location
to small beds wernt really comfortable hard pillows and the noise was horrendous you can literally hear a pin drop banging doors all night and can literally hear everyone’s conversations I get it’s only a cheap stay but even so apart from the location which is fab if you want any sleep attall you could not possibly stay here
If your going up ther for a hen or stag and gonna roll in all hours smashed off ye face then sleep won’t be an issue for you so then I would suggest this hotel other than that I wouldn’t suggest honest opinion

it looked lovely. bathroom was a big selling point and probably the best part of the room.
the bed was so uncomfortable. my room was room ‘A’ downstairs underneath the bar area. while people where in the bar you could hear everything. walking back and forth, dropping of the snooker que. it wasn’t relaxing. also got ants in our room. when I mentioned it to the man on the desk he first asked me if I had, had the window open. (which we hadn’t) then went on to blame the fact the hotel was across the road from the sea. I was only mentioning the ant’s to make the aware so they could treat it.

the location was great for where we needed to be the bad area was nice too, comfy mattress
we we’re looking forward to our stay but disappointed.we were several floors up and the room bathroom and entrance to it was tiny not what we were expecting going from the pictures. you can tell they tried to make the place modern and smart but the finish just wasn’t there the bathroom wasn’t tiled well etc and a little mouldy around the ceiling, No extraction in the bathroom so this will get worse. the bed had a metal frame and creaked with every turn. a quick fix for a few issues would of been that there was no milk for a drink and no bath Matt and in that tiny room the floor got a little wet when showering, only had a waterfall shower so your hair will get wet. no soundproofing so heard everything from the rooms next door like they were sleeping next to me.

The guy on reception was so friendly, helpful, welcoming and funny. The rooms were a good size, clean, comfy bed and amazing shower
The futuristic toilet in the hall, didn't know how to flush it!

A little hard to find staff where very helpful and friendly room was lovely
Cars in front of windows so view not that good

the location was ideal, as it was out of the way from loads of noise but in a good spot to get to all piers via tram or walking. the bar inside was lovely.
the space of the room was pretty small, it was only a small double room but the space wasn’t great felt a bit squashed and the bathroom was very wet after getting a shower as water was coming out under and above the door so it was slippy when getting out. Floor Mats in the bathroom or an extra towel to put down would of been nice.

Booked a last minute room at seafront 419 .Very friendly manager and staff. Room was amazing with a jacuzzi and toilet with lots of functions. Very modern, secure, even own camera on the door to see in the hallway.
Everything was exceptional.

As a family we come yearly to Blackpool and stayed here many times!
great simple rooms and staff are welcoming. the hotel even has some parking which is fab. nice bar area where you can sit and people watch on an evening.
sadly this time we felt a little let down. The carpets in the room hadn’t been hoovered before we stayed, there were lots of bits/food?? There was a poo in the toilet on arrival too… I just don’t think the room was fully cleaned between guests. a quick bedding/towel change.
On our last night the family/people staying above us decided to have a very loud conversation for over an hour, pacing up and down on the creaky floors, which kept us awake in the early hours.

as the hotel is only 2 star we were not expecting luxury but from the minute we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. The presentation of the hotel was in our opinion better than some 3/4 star hotels we have stayed in. the entrance, reception and hallway areas were all very clean and well maintained. Staff on duty at check in was very friendly, welcoming and informative regarding our stay. Upon entering our room (cosy room with terrace) we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention. to detail in the room. While we were aware the room was small the room was actually an ok size for the 2 of us. The outdoor terrace was a great addition to this room offering not only extra space but a somewhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine. We had a drink in the bar which offers a huge selection of drinks and was greater with a attentive happy member of staff.
