Good location near Cambridge. We were visiting for university open day.
Room was not very clean. The windowsill was grimy and had ring marks where drinks had been stood. The telephone flex was all mouldy and there was a lot of fluff on the floor around the bed.

Very quick last minute booking availability. Staff friendly and reassuring about the parking which is shared with the a14 services.

Breakfast
The room was filthy, the sheets in general were clean and as we had been travelling all day and arrived at 11.30pm we had no option but to stay for the kids. The toilet itself was cleaned but there were pubic hairs all over the floor/ shelving area beside the toilet and I would never have stepped in the shower! There was stains all over the carpet, thick dust on wood above bed, broken light, damaged sink. It was clear that a general quick clean/going over the main areas had been skimmed but the rest was a build up over time. This hotel is in need of upgrading and a new cleaning team! The staff were fed up themselves of complaints as there was another couple complaining when we arrived. Oh and our keycard didn't work and had to walk up and down stairs 3 times before I got let in by master key, couldn't get in ourselves had to be let in each time. Reception said maintenance knew about it but it wasn't sorted! Stayed at a Premier Inn for same price week previous and it was a different world. Ramada you let yourselves down here.

Location for Purpose of Trip.
Cleanliness, No Shower Gel, Uncomfortable Bed.

Room was of adequate size for two people
The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows look good but collapse to nothing under pressure providing barely any support. The Toilet & Shower cubicle were squeezed into a tiny 'room' completely separate from the Wash Basin which was situated in the open with NO PRIVACY and not everyone sharing a Twin Room is on intimate terms!!! Also the Wash Basin being totally inaccessible from the Toilet makes it embarrassingly difficult for certain categories of Disabled Folk. Very inconsiderate design

Check In staff are amazing and so friendly Jamie and the manger Aaron with brown hair are so accommodating, the manger even opened up the connecting rooms last min. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Even brought extra heaters to ensure my family was warm! I will be back!!
Could have some night time entertainment.

Most simple, pro. No problem with check in at any time even at 2am, they would be there.
Food, drink in and outside hotel.

Cold rooms, but at least cooridorsare hot.
Not get it. They say you can adjust but is so look warm and need ages to heat.
Almost get in temptation to open door and sleep like that. Been more times and once was not bad.

Room was fine - spacious, and as clean as one would expect.
The room was freezing. When I walked in, the window was wide open - a bizarre choice given it is the middle of winter. I shut the window and immediately turned the heating panel on the wall to maximum. However, even two hours later the room was sti cold. In the end I resorted to wearing my coat to get warm, and stayed wearing it until it was time for bed.
