Great facilities and location

Reception was open 24hrs , selling snacks and cold drinks and there to help. A full English breakfast was included in price and very good. The hotel has on site parking and in great location for what we wanted. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful on reception and in the restaurant.

The room decor could do with updating but it wouldn't stop us booking here again .

Amazing staff with good sense of humour, cheap parking and 1 day free, good atmosphere, good location

The room was very run down, paper peeling off the ceiling and walls, stains all over the table, shower very dirty, breakfast was disappointing.

Very pleased with everything would highly recommended the Beechfields

Everyone was just so helpful and friendly the room was big enough for 2. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone welcome all guest were very nice too

Pleasant

Location was really good. Close to the town it was clean, the bar man was funny, and the beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good

The roof was leaking water onto one off the beds the lady at reception seemed a little rude

Nice stay with family and friends for a long weekend with a visit to Fleetwood. Nice value for money stay.

Wonderful place

Really great hotel. The staff are amazing and the breakfast delicious. Location was fab, a 10 minute walk to all main attractions. Parking is easy and so convenient, will definitely go back and recommend

Very pleasant stay and in a great location with parking

Very friendly and allowed us to check in early and was able to leave car there on check out day which helped a lot, the staff where all excellent and we had a fantastic breakfast, we would stay there again and higher recommended

Perfect for a short break, close to all amenities, Friendly and Clean.

just a short walk from the Promenade, has Parking available, albeit at a small cost. Room was suitable, not the one we booked but still ok, maybe if we stayed longer than 1 night we would have queried. staff were all helpful and pleasant. Harper also well behaved and loving. breakfast was great, Full Fry up, with additional toast and cereals and fruit joos etc. never got the chance to use the Bar facilities. we would gladly return, next time we visit Blackpool.

no milk in room for Tea and Coffee facilities. no hooks in bathroom for towels. very trivial little things that don’t deter us.

Brilliant location.

The Staff were brilliant very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and for those that want a little more you can double up for £3. The walk to the beach is 10 minutes. Enough space in the room to mover around.

Unfortunately the shower cubicle in the bathroom was very small. Also the room smelled of damp. Only other thing was the towels had seen better days. (Clean just old).

a relaxing stay with exellent value for Money, will return in the future.

fast friendly service at breakfast, cheap off-road parking and just a few minutes walk into the centre.

A towel rail in the bathroom would have made the good room even better.
