Very expensive for a poor overall stay

Gym facilities Close to where I was working Staff were friendly

Lack of basics in the room, for example there was no glass to drink out of and there was hardly any tea bags/coffee (obviously hadn’t been replenished since previous stay). No tissues. No conditioner. Stain on towel in bathroom My room was located above the bar which was noisy from an event in the hotel that night so didn’t get to sleep until late

Amazing stay .

Wow , what an amazing stay . Staff is very friendly, food delicious, and facility fantastic. You have all you need in one place . I have a great stay. Next time, I will definitely book for longer . Highly recommended

No refund offered when village didn't allow us to check in no refund off booking.com

Didn't allow us to check in even tho taken our payment online also no refund offered from we put 5am checking on when we payed for the stay with was ok online but when when tried to check in at the village that didn't allow this to happen we had to sleep in our car not happy at all when we had work at 12pm

put me by the lift on first floor , phoned up requesting a move but said was fully booked , asked for a refund and they said yes no problem , the general manager is poor with communication as I went to their head office for a complaint and nothing done about it

nice stay

Very clean and tidy, lots of natural day light. We stayed here for our friends wedding reception which was amazing.

I just thought it was quite expensive for one night

Welcoming, comfortable, affordable, and good food.

Easy and plenty of parking fro the outset. Self check was very easy and simple. Even though a staff member was around for any issues with this it wasn't required. The bar Grill facility was excellent and plenty of room. I noticed the cleanliness of the property was so good and the rooms are very comfortable indeed. Breakfast was excellent and the service we got from the staff was brilliant. 10 out of 10 stay for me. Will be back

3 miles outside of Solihull wasn't ideal but a short taxi journey (approx £8.50) was absolutely fine.

Disappointed with customer service to receive my refund

The cleanses of the room.

I booked in through booking.com and paid immediately for the room. Upon arrival I checked in and was prompted for my card. A staff member suggested this was just to confirm the booking. I actually paid twice for the room! This happened on the 16th April and I have phoned and emailed , been advised they will issue a refund, but still have not received it! I had to spend the night in my car as I did not have the available funds to book my next stay at my new destination.

Great hotel for our business trip

Hotel is really clean and everything is exactly what you'd expect from a Village Hotel. Breakfast is great, lots of choice available and the menu on an evening has options for everyone too. For our work event it was perfectly situated.

The parking info is a bit confusing, I'm hoping we haven't got a ticket as we arrived on a Friday and left on Monday morning. Every day inside the lobby there was a screen that said 'Parking is on us today', including the Sunday night so I hope that still counts.

the room was extremely cold but housing keeping sorted and placed a heater in the room to warm it up.
