Excellent stay and would definitely choose Hotel Kindli for our next trip to Zurich

Ideal location in Old Town. Very comfortable and clean rooms and the AC worked well on the hot day we were there. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice and accommodating. They even held our bags for us after checkout so we could explore the city before catching the train.

Great location in central Zurich, conveniently located to all sites.

Staff was very helpful, and spoke perfect English which is very helpful for me! The breakfast was very convenient and tasty.

Loved my stay at Kindli

Fantastic location of this little boutique hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful, I felt very welcomed. Loved my room which hopefully I will get again next time I’m back.

Lovely little hotel, wonderful staff, great location, comfy beds!

Lovely little hotel. Beautiful inside, wonderful staff. The room was smallish but bright and clean. The included breakfast was wonderful! We got in early and they were happy to store our luggage until check in time. My mother is obsessed with their beds. They're adjustable! You can raise the head or feet area, and they have wonderful cushy mattress toppers that make for a fantastic night's sleep.

The restaurant was quite pricey for dinner. The shower was a trip-the sprayer kept rotating on the pole as it slowly slipped down, so it sprayed out into the bathroom after 20-30 seconds of adjusting it to head height and above you as you stood in the tub. We tried everything to get it to stay but no luck. It was more funny than inconvenient. It also is located right in the middle of a steep street, which they cannot do anything about, but it does make it harder for older people.

The parking is far from the hotel. In order to unload the luggage, it is not very easy as you have to enter the pedestrian area to leave the luggage there. It is better if you don´t have a car

Location, breakfast, and staff quality. Good service.

Room was a little small. Also, the TV guide said that it had over 10 channels in English, but in reality only 1-2 worked. Disappointing.
