The property is located 200m away from the town which allows you to walk and not to be forced to have a car. It s clean, very nice garden and view over the island.
I liked it overall. No bas experience.

We had two rooms and my daughter's was great: big, bright and with a balcony. That room was just excellent. Andriani herself is personable, kind, helpful and just a great host. In fact, her whole family was very kind and receptive. I liked them a lot. They reminded me of old times in Greece when it almost seemed like you were becoming one of the family for a while. Also, the rooms are close to the bus station which is an amazing throwback to a Greece of several decades ago. Lots of life and movement, but watch out for the mammoth busses!
My room was smaller, darker and outside it was a main passageway to and from other rooms. Some other guests were a little loud late at night. There was an overnight light outside that buzzed and flickered through the night. Just needs adjustment I imagine. Also, the rooms are up a really steep hill, so be prepared for exercise! I liked the exercise myself, but I think it would be hard for others walking.

everything was perfect.

Good location, close to Mykonos town and quiet at same time , nice view from my balcony and even shower window. Good water pressure in shower. Stone floor in room, many places like drawers, cupboard and safe to tuck your belongings. Partition in room makes it more cozy. Overall Cycladic appearance on building and cozy patio. Andriani was very nice.
despite good WiFi connection in my room, internet speed was not the best

Quiet location above Mykonos Town with nice views.
It was a 10 minute uphill walk from the main town. Beds were more firm than either my daughter and I liked.

Georgia and her family were absolutely amazing! they were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The atmosphere at the guest house was very quiet, relaxed and peaceful
and the location was great for getting to Mykonos Town. Highly recommended, cannot wait to get back!

Strenghts Andriani's guest house:
- position, near of center but peacefull
- cheap, good ratio quality/prive
- staff very polite helpfull
- spacious common areas.
4.4
Outdoor dinning room and friendly staff.
The bathroom inside the room is not very private. The layout of the room does not work.
4.4
Location was very central, close to the central bus stop which has connectivity to every part of the island.
Guest house was very beautifully decorated and had some great views
Room AC was making too much noise and there was no electricity for the most of the afternoon

Just a short walk from the main Old Town of Mykonos, Adriani's Guest House is very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room had all the facilities that I required, and was great value for money.
Nothing to complain about whatsoever!

it was one of the best and amazing accommodation.
very tidy and clean : good communication: amazing breakfast: 5 min walk to city ; 2 min walk to bus stop
and Andrani was a lovely lady ; will definitely recommend and return

I felt very welcomed and had a detailed intro to Mykonos and felt I could ask anything I needed to know about the island/guest house. Breakfast was superb and a reasonable price. The room was SPOTLESS. There was not one spec of dirt to be found. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Mykonos
Nothing

great location, great staff - I definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is located at 7mins from the bus station (the buses that takes you the beaches) and the center. It’s perfectly located to be super close to where all is happening in Mykonos, yet far from the noise and crowds to enjoy beautiful views at peace.
I will for sure go back to this hotel without a doubt and I strongly recommend everyone to stay there!

Amazing Host and amazing breakfast!
Very close to the city centre.

The room was very clean and quiet.
They change towels everyday.
The bed was very comfortable.
You must bring with you your keys, so you feel free to do whatever you like anytime.
The entry from the common patio is pleasant.
There were no proper curtains to shade the light in the morning, so for me it was very hard to sleep even though i had a mask with me.
The fridge was a bit too noisy at night.
For both reasons it was hard to sleep well.
There is no proper AC in the room, but a fan and a portabile AC, both of them noisy.
The guest room is on the road to hotel elysium and before it. It is a steep way, not for everyone.

I highly recommend this place if you want to stay near to the city center. Everything was well organized, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are completely satisfied with the guest house. It is run by a very nice family. I do not speak English well, but they helped us with everything and tried to communicate with us. All our requests were fulfilled. We are especially grateful to their daughter Georgina. The breakfast was also very delicious and plentiful. We are very glad that we chose them. Thank you very much for everything.
There is none. I just regret that we only spent a week there.

The room was very cosy and clean. The staff was really friendly. It is near the city centre and the bus station. I really recommend this acommodation.
