Very disappointed would never use this hotel again

It’s location

Staff not very helpful. Checked into room with people already in the room. No hot water for the entire stay. Very small bed in room for two people

No había agua caliente por alguna falla y bañarse era una tortura, el personal mencionaba que lo iban a arreglar, pero en mi estadía no pasó, pagar un hotel caro sin agua caliente no es posible, quedaron en ver si reembolsaban algo pero no ha sucedido, espero me reembolsen

Great location. Lovely staff.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. They went above and beyond to get me a twin room. I booked a twin room as I was given a choice at booking. But when I got there I was told I had a double room as twin rooms weren’t guaranteed. This caused me some concern as I was staying there with my adult son. In the end we got two single rooms. Breakfast was great. Bed comfortable. Love the coffee machine in the room and bottled water. Fantastic location.

The rooms are dated and tired. The phone didn’t work. Tiny shower cubicle but the shower was great. The hotel is in need of some repairs. The carpets look dirty and In need of replacing.

Fantastic hotel, great location and amazing staff. Would highly recommend

Staff were amazing. I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for an accessible room as the my daughter is a wheelchair user. They changed our room type and also as it was her birthday they put banners in her room and a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Amazing customer service. Lovely hotel and great location.

Perfect location with amazing friendly staff

We arrived extremely early and received a room straight away. Staff were so friendly and helpful Location was amazing right in the centre of everything. No need to even get trains anywhere Most places within walking distance

Great location for visiting london. 5 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road tube station. The staff were all super polite

Despite having 3 conversations in addition to email communication prior to our stay about needing a twin room we were still allocated a double.

Die Lage ist wirklich TOP! Mitten im Geschehen, sehr zu empfehlen. Man hat auch täglich eine Wasserflasche pro Person ins Zimmer bekommen.

Es gab einige Motten im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück sind sie zu übereifrig, hatten abgeräumt obwohl wir noch am Essen waren. Ansonsten gutes Frühstück.

Good hotel, just not as perfect as I was expecting for price

Location was perfect. 2 mins walk to Tottenham Court station, close to British Museum and theatres. Shower was very powerful

The TV didn't work in room, complained, they sent repairman, still didn't work. They just shrugged. Asked for twin room when booking 1 month prior to stay. They couldn't offer twin only double bed room. Bit unfortunate for friends sharing.

Proximity to British museum and transport links. Staff very accommodating when we were allocated the wrong room.

Theatre break

5 minutes walking distance to the theatre. Room very spacious and even though on the main road it was very quiet. Breakfast was superb. Everything you needed was there . Loved the little touch of the sweets 😋

Very pleasant stay close to museum

Location was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Door to adjoining room allowed sound through. Neighbors were quite frisky into the early hours and it was somewhat distracting.

Dreadful overall Stay

The location was perfect for our trip

The first double room was in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpet was threadbare. The noisy lift shaft kept us awake on the first night. We were moved on the second night only to be woken up by the faulty fire alarm on the Sunday. The cooked breakfast food was luke warm and the plates were cold

Le petit déjeune et l’emplacement

La chambre avait la taille d’un placard Tres biscornue au fond d’un couloir à cote de l’ascenseur du service donc bruyant le matin. Meme pas de quoi poser ses affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain. Quant à la chambre un lit tres étroit coincé contre le mur. Je n’ai jamais vu de chambre d’hotel aussi petite biscornue et exsangue. Surtout que le prix n’est pas particulièrement compétitif.

Avoid for the sake of your health, safety and wellbeing.

Whilst the building is in central London, the room was an embarrassment for such a reputable hotel organisation. Still waiting for a full refund and explanation of the poor condition and quality of the room, plus service.

The room was dated, damp and dirty. I could continue thought a picture speaks 1000 words and we have several pictures. Having complained to the hotel management, a full refund has still not been received. Disgusting!!

Convenient Stay in the City

very friendly and helpful staff. good size of room. close to Oxford street, the shops and Tottenham Court Station

breakfast if bought on site is expensive for what it is, and the sofas in the restaurant/breakfast room are uncomfortable. there’s not much room in the breakfast room to get out to get your food from the buffet. No plug to charge your devices/mobile next to the bed. strange (and bright) lights in the room, it’s hight in the ceiling right above the bed, no small reading/bed side light . Not easy to get out of the bath tub/shower

Clean spacious room, fridge for milk and yoghurt, great bed, good sanitary facilities, great hotel in short - and a super location: walking distance to the city centre, covent garden, Oxford St and Tottenham Ct Rd!

Good location, average hotel, poor hospitality

Location of the hotel was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend.

The bar closed at 11 pm on a Saturday night in Covent Garden, ridiculous. I've never stayed in a hotel where a resident can't have a drink after 11 pm, let alone on a Saturday. I wouldn't choose Radisson Blu again.

Do not stay in the solo traveller rooms. It is not worth the money.

The staff was friendly, it was very well located.

It is old, expensive for the product, the room smells like moldy or humid.

I would stay here again for sure.

The room was all I needed and very clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfy and TV/menu helpful. The location was easy to access and good for my requirement in London.

The elevators (both) keypads didn't work well. They either took several times to activate when the key was held against it, a long time to activate, or didn't activate at all and then the lights in the elevator went out as though there was a power loss but I assumed they just timed out for energy because the keypad never activated with the key.

Great location but the experience didn't live up to expectations.

The staff that checked us in were exceptional including Talyta. They helped us get settled immediately. However it went downhill from there.

Various aspects of our stay including our luggage being misplaced (for both of colleagues not just 1) and this taking over an hour to locate and resolve meant I was disappointed and wouldn't book this hotel or indeed any Radisson Blu again for our works trips. As I say, nothing against the staff who checked us in as they were great but the rest of staff were both inattentive and at points, unpleasant.

Londres est magnifique et cet hôtel permet de passer un bon séjour.

L’emplacement. Le personnel est accueillant. Problème de chambre à cause du bruit, solution trouvée rapidement avec une chambre plus petite mais solution rapide. Petit déjeuner « salé » satisfaisant.

Être réveillé le matin par le building en construction qui donnait sur notre fenêtre. Pas de voile aux fenêtres donc vis à vis avec les travaux. Chauffage de la salle de bain qui ne se coupe, du coup obligé de mettre la climatisation. Petit déjeuner « sucré » moyen, peu de choix.
