A needed stop due to a flight delay and come down from our actual holiday in Venice and Lake Garda

Hotel that time forgot! This hotel is so dated - decor from the 70s/80s - worn carpets, faded wall paper, breakfast was chaotic and poor. Nothing at location.

Nice hotel, but think the rooms need revamping.

Breakfast was good.

Airconditioning was stuck on hot, had to change rooms.

friendly staff and not comfortable stay

I only liked the staff , they were all very helpful and friendly every single one of them

room was out of date looking , very old .. specially the bathroom and the bed , mini bar have only 1 mineral and 1 still water , that’s it , and there was no tea coffee facilities in the room. Oh and the bed was very old .. it says 4 star hotel but I don’t know how ?

Breakfast was very good with loads of options to chose from.

Hotel rooms could be better. All the surfaces in my first room were dusty and it apparent that they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The next room I changed to was still dusty.

Superb

I like the staff. It was opened and helped us with the questions. Actually, it quite close to the city centre, we could go there by foot. Bus stations are neither close enough, nor far away from the hotel. The room is good, has a fridge, but doesn't have an electric kettle.

I'd like to have a kettle in the room, so we can make a coffee or tee for ourthelves.

great hotel outside the citycentre

I had a huge room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and equipped. There was a small garderobe for clothes, and also a small fridge. The breakfast was great! There is a supermarket just at the hotel and the bus stop is nearby.

The room has a very strange smell. It is impossible to get rid of it by airing. The room has no coffee or tea-making equipment (kettle), it would have been useful. It is quite far from the city centre but despite the distance, we always walked as it is very easy to find the way to the old town. In 20 minutes, you are already at the city walls and from there, it is worth walking, the view is so nice everywhere!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, excellent front desk staff, location too far from center for leisure travelers.

very modern rooms, elevator, walking distance to local restaurants and supermarket, very good breakfast buffet

no safe in room, difficult to get into and out of shower, too far from center requiring taxis, steep climb or steps from street to entrance
