Buena estancia

Excelente atención por la propietaria, nos tenía dejado unos detalles para el desayuno, la entrada y salida es comoda y fácil, tiene todo lo necesario, buena ubicación para moverte en tren, puedes ir andando para visitar Verona.

Zentrale, aber laute Wohnung.

Von Arianna gab es vorab klare Infos zum einchecken mit Codes usw. (ellenlange Anweisungen) Fussläufig 30 Min. bis in die Altstadt. Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine. Schalldichte Fenster, aber man möchte ja auch auf dem Balkon sitzen - sehr laut. Sachen zum frühstücken, lecker. Saubere Hausanlage.

Wohnung riecht muffig, wenn man sie betritt. Toilettenspülung eine Katastrophe. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon, weil volle Sonne am Nachmittag und Abend. Furchtbar laut, weil Wohnung direkt an einer Kreuzung liegt. In der Beschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, dass die Garage nur etwas für kleine Autos ist. Mit unserem EOS war es echt schwierig dort hinein zu kommen. Zudem ist es ein Problem mit dem Auto anzureisen, da es vor der Wohnung keine Parkplätze gibt, um erst den Garagenschlüssel aus der Wohnung zu holen, um in die Garage zu gelangen. Alles sehr umständlich. Kleiderschrank vollgepfropft mit Wäsche. Tourismusabgabe in einen Umschlag zu legen. Arianna hat sich nicht einmal während unseres Aufenthalts gemeldet, noch hat man sie gesehen. Licht an Abzughaube defekt. Küchenzeile sehr voll gestellt. Zu wenig Besteck für Spülmaschine. (vier Messer)

A clean apartment, a helpful host and a pretty good location.

The host responded quickly to queries and was very helpful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the train station as well as all the sights. Public transport is right outside.

There aren’t too many restaurants nearby.

Semplice e funzionale, ottimo x coppie e per un fine settimana

Ottima la pulizia e lo stretto garage, ma utilissimo vista la difficoltà di parcheggiare. In ogni caso ho fermato l'auto e ci siamo spostati con i bus la cui fermata è proprio sotto casa.

Niente tutto ok.

The apartment is in a great location near the train station and can catch a bus or walk into town. We got a Verona card and that included public transport so we caught any bus that went to Piazza Bra and then to come back any bus that stopped at the train station. Arianna is a loving host and was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The apartment had a great kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here as it’s very quiet at night and in a great location. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Verona.

Good size room. Clean and comfortable. One of the best kitchens that we have ever had with Booking.com (over 120 bookings). Enough pots ,pans , cutlery and space to cook. Very nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Two supermarkets nearby. No complaints at all.

Really clean, wonderful aircon, excellent communication from the owner, great help from the cleaning lady, were able to leave car and suitcases a little early, good location near to the railway station but a 15-20 minute walk from the centre and exceptionally easy to find from the airport. Also snacks and water were provided which was a great help! We used the property as a base to go to Venice for a day, with the added bonus of Verona being a lovely town too and it worked really well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Only one thing...the sofa bed as the additional bed isn't ideal for a family with two teenage boys but for two nights it was absolutely fine.

Very spacious, very clean, in a calm area - close enough to center! (About 25 minute walk, 15 minutes by bus, 7-8 minutes by bike/electric scooter). Kitchen has everything you need. Very helpful host, easy to reach out and smooth communication. Small super market 5-7 minutes away walking. Good to know that there's a somewhat high 'natural sound' from crickets in Verona (at least in the time we were there in the summer) but once you close the doors and windows of this apartment you wouldn't hear much. You also eventually get used to this sound, and it becomes cozy :) Thanks for everything! We recommend and would come again!

The apartment is spacious, clean, tastefully arranged. Close to the train station - 10 minutes walk. It's 15 minutes to the city center. The bed is big, comfortable. The couch, too. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Arianna, the host, also left us some snacks, plus a small gift on departure, which unfortunately did not fit in our luggage.

Everything was fine.

Very good

Liked everything else. It was a very good apartment. It was very clean. The house have a few of entry instructions to follow. The host had explained it perfectly. Moreover, the host had provided a lot of snacks in the kitchen which was really nice of her. The apartment is not really in front all tourist places, but the location is really very nice and safe. The garage was a covered one and safe.

Unfortunately, the toilet flush and shower drain was defective.

I would like to thank the Host for very comfortable apartment. It was clean and cosy. We found everything necessary for living even greeting nice presents. the location is very good if you are planning to travel by trains (as we did) as station is about 10-15 minutes walk. Milgross super market is also not far. So we spend a wondefull week in sunny Italy and now are dreaming to come back. thanks a lot
