Cumple con su función.

Desayuno buffet bastante bueno, sobre todo porque ponen pasteles de belem. Tienen parking por 9€. Lo mejor sin duda la atención del personal del hotel.

La habitación era alargada y muy estrecha, y faltan enchufes cerca de las camas.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bom atendimento, limpo, boas comodidades e um ótimo custo benefício. Pretendo voltar a Lisboa e sempre me hospedarei na rede Ibis.

Senti falta de um micro-ondas e um frigobar.

Room and bathroom very clean - basic IBIS standard.

As Accor members we tried to booked directly but this failed and we had to pay more on Booking.com - Staff at IBIS desk did not honour the free breakfast that we were trying to book.

Hôtel correct,chambre petite, bon lit. Aucun siège confortable, aucune attention particulière.

Le lit était grand et confortable. La chambre était propre. Bon déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix mais à payer en supplément.

Les sièges pour s’asseoir en dehors du lit sont inconfortables. Les accessoires dans la salle de bain sont très basiques ( des verres en carton et non en verre, aucune crème hydratante, shampoing et savon en grosse bouteille de basse qualité)

Consigliato!

Struttura con un'ottima qualità prezzo situata in una posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti. A pochi minuti sia dalla fermata praça de Espanha per raggiungere il centro, sia dalla stazione Sete Rios per prendere il treno per Sintra. Lo staff è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La camera é stata rifatta ogni giorno.

Muito agradável.

O pequeno almoço foi excelente. A localização é muito boa. O staff do hotel é muito simpático e prestável.

Não conseguimos ajustar a temperatura no quarto. O autoclismo não funcionava corretamente.

Good Price/Quality in a good location

Good hotel for short stays with very close public transportation. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Lo consiglio!

Colazione molto buona con scelte tra dolce e salato. Camere molto pulite e insonorizzate.

Dalla fermata della metropolitana piú vicina ci vogliono pochi minuti per raggiungere l’hotel, ma ci sono diverse rampe di scale da fare, perciò con grosse valigie o passeggini potrebbe risultare scomodo.

Ubicación está muy bien combinada con el transporte público

La habitación es muy pequeña, no hay doble cortina la cortina que hay no deja pasado la luz, se quita la cortina se ve todo edificio de frente, lo único bueno es la cama muy confortable.

Be careful that staff will change your card currency at the place to overcharge you!

We liked the location.

1. I inserted my card for the the payment and then I said to the fromdesk guy that I wanted to choose the currency to pay the whole staying in Euros, the device where I inserted the card gave me the option to pay in euro and Swedish crowns, but the guy took away that device from my hands and said, No, you have to press here: Then he pressed Swedish crowns, that way I was charged in SEK - 20 EUROS MORE THAN EXPECTED. That was a fraudulent way to overcharge me. Because I use Wise to avoid that situations where I don't need to pay in Swedish to avoid expensive charges from the locals. I never had that problem again, the rest of the Portugueses let me choose in all types of shops where I buy my chosen currency - EURO. So that I avoided extra charges, but that bitter moment made me not to choose that hotel again in the future and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Noise: They said the the walls are isolated and bla bla bla, but It is not true, we couldn't sleep because every people's laugh or noise has heard besides the airplanes that passed by our heads in the hotel.

Exactly what you would expect

A nice modern hotel, with small, but comfortable rooms, blinds and an working and silent AC/ventilation. Everything that needed to be there was there and was working well.

The hotel is a bit remote from the city center and pricy for the location and what it is. Other than that, the only downside was a blinking lamp in the bathroom was a bit of a downside - an upgrade to LEDs is long overdue.

It served its purpose. In and Out!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the US Embassy.

The two small pillows for two adults. Perhaps this is on me, but I requested two pillows while booking through Booking.com and did not follow up during check-in. I arrived late and just wanted to sleep. The parking garage also has to be the tightest area I have ever driven. I was concerned another car would hit mine while making the tight turns and to avoid the many pillars throughout.

Perfect

Good location. Few metro stations around, bus stops. Only 10-12 mins away from city center. Easy get from/to the airport. Clean and cozy room, soft bed, friendly and helpful staff.

Not really an issue but you can hear planes flying by quite loud. Once you close the window you cant hear a thing. Apart from that everything was good as you would expect from Ibis

Basic, clean hotel close to Sete Rios bus and train stations and fairly handy for the airport

Handy location for Sete Rios train and bus stations. Airport about a 18 Euro taxi ride away. Good large shower, comfortable bed, WiFi OK. Nice, good value breakfast. Good little Japanese restaurant just down the road

Avoid high floors (planes approach overhead). No fridge or kettle
