La ubicación perfecta, el poco personal que dispone el hotel muy bien, muy amables y muy atentos.
La cafetería está cerrada fin de semana.
4.1
The hotel is well located and close to everything and the beach.
I cannot forget the excellent attention and service provided by Receptionist Carla, as she provided and passed on all the transport information on how to get from the airport to the hotel, sending the location and websites of the transport company. This makes a difference for tourists who have never been to the city.
The housekeepers are very attentive, always answering our requests. Thank you, Costa Verde Hotel team.
There is no breakfast, but there is a cafe next to the hotel, which must even be owned by the same hotel. In this case, I just think you should put a breakfast option, as it would be easier for guests.

Easy checkin, lovely hosts, clean room, quiet street
4.1
Very clean hotel, comfortable big bed, very comfortable bathroom. Staff was very nice. Hotel has a cute cafe bar as well, perfect for morning coffee before visiting. Localisation was amazing.
Room was a bit small, although it had all I expected, and on traveling I don't spend much time in hotel room, so that was not a problem.
4.1
Super clean, cosy and quiet. Excellent location and the staff were oh so helpful. I felt really relaxed and it was great value for money
Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. The cafe is not open at weekends, meaning you couldn't wake up and have a cup of coffee or after a long day exploring the city be able to come back and make a cup of tea. If it had that then it would be 10/10

value for money and the location
marks on the wall, very minor

The room was really clean and comfortable in an excellent location.

The good thing about the hotel was the location, it's close to the beaches and city center. Also the bus station, train station and several super markets are close. The hotel had the best hair dryer I have ever seen in a hotel. The cleaning staff on the other hand was friendly.
The staff wasn't very nice and didn't seem so professional. The room was so narrow you basically couldn't walk anywhere, just lay on the bed. The room was basically clean, but the interior was old and partly broken (e.g. showerhead fell down several times and hit us, toilet seat was broken and hurt us, there was mold in the bathroom...).
The hotel didn't offer any food or drinks, there is a place to have breakfast right next to the hotel, but it doesn't seem nice, there even is a gambling machine inside. We wanted to have breakfast there once, but the coffee machine was broken and breakfast was already over.

Breakfasts not offered, room size and bedding good .bathroom good for Spain
Was a little noisy at times by other guests. Staff did respond to my complaint about barking dog at inside bar at 930 pm sound magnified by walls and marble stairs

staff was unfriendly in the evening.

I love the bath set.
There is a lot of information not to throw garbage in the toilet, but there is not a single trash can in the whole room. Where should I throw them away?
Little bit noisy

Very good located, good to find. Friendly staff. Cafeteria next door. Very nice and clean rooms.
Rooms poorly soundproofed.

Incredibly clean, good quality / price ratio, good location. The lady on reception was warm, welcoming and informative. Will definitely choose again in the future.
4.1
The bed was comfy
The rooms were small.
4.1
Mattress was comfortable, very good location, parking nearby and good value for money
Uncomfortable pillows, walls were very thin and could hear everything from next door, walls in the room had markings and didn't look presentable. There was also a stale smell of cigarettes in the room.
4.1
Location ideal for city centre & Camino del Norte. Hotel is pleasant, modern, clean, with friendly staff and adjoining cafe.
