Comfortable and beautiful hotel

We had pleasant stay at Sarang palace . Boutique hotel in city center . They have lot of theme rooms . We booked premier room but we got free upgraded in their peacock room . It was so beautiful room with excellent interior. Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Lovely city view . Restaurant is beautiful with one of the best food available . We clicked so many pictures in the hotel . Staff is courteous and professional. Location is very good. Sightseeing places are near by

Value for money to stay at sarang

Our choice of sarang palace was excellent . Hotel is so good and modern and newly renovated . Best architecture and interior done . Lovely lobby . One could take so many pictures. Service is impeccable. Staff is on the toes everytime to make the stay memorable and happy. Our room was so well ventilated and modern and spacious. Good view from the room . Bathrooms with good shower and all amenities. Food in their restaurant is amazing . It is totally value for money to stay at sarang palace

Memorable stay

Loved everything about the hotel . Convenient location which is very near to sightseeing places . Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They planned our sightseeing and we hired the car from the hotel . Our room was very beautiful and modern . Bathrooms were so well done and immaculate clean. Wifi was efficient. Food in their restaurant amazing . Very delicious and reasonably priced . They have beautiful rooftop also . We clicked many pictures . We had amazing and memorable stay at sarang palace

Worth staying at sarang palace

Lovely getaway we had . Sarang palace is definitely One of the best hotels to stay in Jaipur. location of the hotel is very good. It is near to all the sites and monuments and shopping Bazaar. We did a lot of shopping from Bapu Bazar and Johari Bazaar. We also hire the car from the travel desk of the hotel and driver in the car both were very good. Our room was very beautiful with upscale interiors and good view. Bathrooms were immaculately clean and very modern. Staff of the hotel is extremely professional and had helpful . We had our breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good and reasonably priced. It is definitely worth staying at Sarang Palace

Unforgettable experience

We liked everything about the hotel . Completely value for money . Nice architecture and ambiance. 4 star facilities. Perfect location . Staff is super responsible and helpful. Our room was designed very beautifully and was super clean and modern. So were the bathrooms with good shower . Food taste was really good and prices were reasonable. They have beautiful rooftop also . We had our candlelight dinner as it was our anniversary and it was unforgettable experience.

I booked for Mughal Theme. The aesthetics of the room decor is very pleasing. I was first welcomed with warm greetings in the reception. Overall a very nice experience.

Comfortable stay at sarang

We have recently stayed at sarang palace and we are very happy that we chose sarang palace . Lovely family hotel . Location is very central and near to aap sightseeing places . Our room was very beautiful and comfortable and beautifully designed. Bathrooms were very clean . Staff at front office is very good . We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant and it was very good with beautiful decoration

Comfortable and spectacular stay

The room was designed so beautifully. The front desk was polite and helpful. We arrived in Jaipur for Holi and the staff gave us special towels to use to wipe off the colour. They also arranged our day trips to Ajmer and the Fort. I found their taxi rate very affordable and fair.

As a guest of the hotel, I would have liked to have been able to view the rooftop restaurant (non service time) as a privilege of staying at the hotel. It would have also motivated us to eat at the hotel restaurant rather than going out.

There’s nothing to like about this property as it’s all look and feel artificial from outside. It has poor facilities and arrogant staff. They charge you for the water bottle, and no other amenities. The roof top has no views and it’s usually booked for third party weddings. Please do not stay here.

1. THEY SENT WRONG BOOKING DATE AND NAME AT THE FIRST INSTANCE. 2. CALLED US 6 TIMES TO COME DOWNSTAIRS FOR BREAKFAST. 3. WE HAD AN ELDERLY COUPLE VISTING US. THEY DID NOT LET THEM COME UP - STATING GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM. 4. OURCHECK OUT WAS AT 11 AM. REQUESTED TO EXTEND BY 1 HOUR. MERCIFULLY AGREED FOR 15 MINUTES. IN THE MEANTIME TWICE CALLCAME FOR CHECK OUT. 5. NOTHING EXISTS AS A HOTEL LOBBY.

Location of the hotel

The hotel is very small and has limited/no facilities contrary to how it is shown in travel websites. Resturant also is very small and very limited capacity. The rooms are small with shabby bathrooms. The staff is not cooperative. We wanted to extend our booking for half day since my wife was not keeping well. They simply refused stating no rooms are available however the rooms were available in a travel website and we booked via that. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Had worst experience here.

Mr. Jeevan Singh from the restaurant. Breakfast (paid) was good.

The size of the room was tiny. Not how it seemed in the photos. The attitude of the staff (including the reception person and the room boys): We paid in full for the 3 days upon arrival and after having breakfast for two days and leaving for our day to go exploring, we were stopped at the entrance haphazardly saying that "we must settle our bill before stepping outside" like we were going to just abandon our luggage in the room and abscound without paying the 4000 rupees breakfast bill after paying 15,000 for a room. Very unprofessional and annoying. The reception staff was very unwelcoming and seemed to only care about payments. When we asked for a multipin socket to charge our phones they said he cannot give us. When we asked if they can ask the houseboy to arrange it for us (we even offered to pay a 100% tip because we didn't know the area well enough and after two connecting flights we were extremely tired) and the answer was simply a stark, rude NO. They didn't have an iron to iron our clothes or kettle to hear water. I wouldn't recommending visiting this "palace" because it's far from the word.
