The accomodation was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was really good, we had multiple choices each morning.
We had a lot of difficulties with wifi, many of us were not able to connect on the network at all. There were no private parking spots in the hotel, but there is a public parking in front of the hotel. We have managed to find an empty space each day.

Very friendly reception and helpful staff. Very clean. Easy bus connection to city centre. Airconditioned room with auto shutters which meant we got a very good night’s rest.
Quite a busy road running past the back of the hotel.

Very beautiful room with balcony view, very tasty breakfest :)

So, Hotel Brennero in Verona.
You will notice, that Hotel Brennero is in Parona. So it's a 15min drive to Verona. Car or other means of transportation is strictly necessary. Cabs usually don't venture that far out from Verona, so your own car would be preferable,
The hotel is 3 stories with 5 rooms each. There is an elevator to get you to your floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even offered a bottle of sparkling wine to our friend whose b-day is was on your stay.
Rooms are up-to-date. TV features Netflix, so one can blissfully escape the italian versions of Transporter or else ;-)
Parking is plenty right on the road in front of the hotel.
Every Saturday there's a flea market right across the street. So, if you're in need of a new wooden lamp for the living room or such.....
Walking the dog is easy, as the river Etsch is right next door with plenty of green and such to walk.
All in all, I can really recommend this hotel to everyone!!
Your next food stop:
Ristorante Pizzeria al Ritrovo in Negrar! Simply the best for Pizza and Bistecca Fiorentino (0-km)
Best vineyard:
Azienda Vinicola Farina in San Pietro in Cariano
Best olive oil:
Redoro Srl Frantoi Veneti in Grezzana. Forget satnav and ask for directions in Grezzana....

The host was over the top! She helped us with every information even reservations and tips when we didnt even expect. We felt so comfortable becuase we knew we had someone that cares so much to make our trip memorable. The location is not in the center but a bus ride of 15 minutes to the center is right outside the hotel. We lived the location. We loved the whole vibe. And the beautiful waterfront.
We loved everything

The room was beautiful, with carefully designed interior spaces and a small balcony. There was a bottle of water and also a fridge. The location is close to a bus stop, and there is another bus stop not so far away. The buses were reliable but it took around 30 minutes to go to/from the train station, not counting the time of waiting.
The shower was uncomfortable, with a fixed shower head but no shower caps provided (luckily, I've had my own). I've found spider webs in the bathroom (near/below the radiator) and signs of something dirty on my top bedsheets. I've expected more for this price.

The staff were so knowledgeable of the area and helped with recommendations. It was so lovely staying in a family owned hotel as you had that personal touch, it felt as though they really cared and that’s what made the trip even better.
Honestly can’t think of anything

I liked my room ( before i was forced to move) It had a lovely view as i was on the top floor.. The room i was moved too was on the bottom floor.
After i had unpacked my entire suitcase.. I was sent a text message by the owner that they would like to change my room to a lower floor...
As i did not want anyone packing my things i had to return to the hotel to do this.
This was the first night which i found strange and was weary from this point foward
Although the rooms were nice and clean the location was Terrible.. there is NOTHING nearby.. No shops.. No restaurants.. Just an icecream shop.

The hotel owner was super service minded and helped with local recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and home made and room very clean and appealing. I can definitely recommend a stay at this hotel

Great, flexible and friendly service and reception reachable via WhatsApp. The room was clean and had an excellent air conditioning, not to mention that there was also a fridge in the room. Nice breakfast with a changing buffet. The hotel is located in a beautiful place next to a river.

My room was spotless with plenty of space (including balcony overlooking the river) and the bed was very comfortable. Mary is the perfect hostess, willing to help with everything and anything. The food is homemade and delicious and the servings are extremely generous with an impressive array of options at the breakfast buffet!

This was one of the rare occasions where the photo on the website matched the room identically!! such a beautifully designed room.. which resulted in a very peaceful stay. My room had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the river.
Maria Teresa was one of the most helpful hoteliers I have come across. She gave me such personalized attention and care during my stay. She sent me information on activities going on the weekend I was in Verona, helped me w a problem I ran into while taking a day trip to Venice - she really went above and beyond!
On the map, Hotel Brennero looks like it’s outside of Verona - this isn’t true. it’s within city limits.. you can take a bus right out side the hotel that leaves every 20-30 minutes and be in the middle of the old city in 10-15 minutes. very convenient!
Hotel Brennero was for me, a very pleasant surprise! As was Verona - what a gorgeous city.. I would love to be back to both. Highly recommend it!
nothing! It was wonderful.

The location next to the river was amazing, and still close to the city. The owners were so nice, providing all possible support one tourist might need. We will come back for sure

We spent our honeymoon in Verona and it was great. The hotel staff welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. Really great service and very welcoming.

Convenient location next to the Adige River less than 10 minutes from Verona city center, in wine country. Free parking nearby. Clean, comfortable, updated rooms with an elevator. Some rooms have a small balcony overlooking the river. Very good air conditioning. Dogs welcome. Buffet breakfast for an extra charge in a bright room with a bar. Wonderful, helpful and friendly owners. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
