Séjour très agréable dans un appartement bien propre,! À refaire, malgré tout ! Rapport qualité/prix tout à fait hon

Appartement clair, propre, peu bruyant et agréable. Son emplacement à environ 800 m à pied du centre-ville, sans trop de détour est pratique, et miraculeusement, nous avions des places devant l’immeuble ! Le boîtier avec un code à l’entrée de l’immeuble est bien pratique pour récupérer les clés.

Porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, sol de l’entrée déformé crissant sous les pieds et bloquant la porte d’entrée qu’il faut forcer. Le problème est connu mais nous n avons pas été prévenus. Je pense qu’il y a du y avoir une inondation qui a déformé le sol stratifié. Problème avec la douche : soit elle est brûlante, car il faut la mettre à fond et elle nous arrache la tête, soit elle est glacée, mais ne fait pas mal… Je me suis lavée avec un gant et n’ai pas lavé mes cheveux en désespoir de cause. Idem pour ma famille.

A bad experience - callous lack of communication from the owner and a poorly equipped apartment.

The apartment is in a convenient location approximately 15 minutes walk to the city centre. It is only 10 minutes walk to the train and bus station (which is where the airport bus starts / stops). There is a cafe next door run by a very nice family who telephoned the apartment owner on our behalf after the owner didn't answer our emailed enquiries about gaining access.

The apartment owner sent us a series of emails during our flight to Verona, so we could only read them when we had landed. He alleged that he couldn't process payment from our credit card (we have never had a problem in years of travel use) and requested payment via another card. After taking payment via an alternative credit card, he stopped answering emails so we didn't have a code to open the key safe and didn't know which flat he owned. By this time, it was late in the evening and we were facing being homeless for the night. Luckily, we were saved by the very friendly family from the next door cafe who telephoned the owner and obtained the vital information for our entry. The owner took a bigger payment than stated on my Booking.com reservation. The four bed apartment is certainly not a "Luxury Home" because the furnishings and kitchen equipment are sparse with only enough seating, crockery and cutlery for three people. The traffic in the street outside is noisy from early in the morning, so not a restful location for sleeping with the windows open.

Very good location, clean and spacious room.

The location was very good, near a free parking and "Verona bike" station. 7' walking distance from the city centre. If the weather perimts, you will enjoy the balcony.The house was clean and spacious.

Alojar cómodamente en barrio histórico de Verona

Todo limpio, impecable, bien cuidado, espacioso, bien calefaccionado, acogedor y cerca del centro histórico caminado. El detalle de cápsulas de café e infusiones, maravilloso! Muy recomendado.

La casa era poco pulita, abbiamo trovato nel forno della pizza consumata da altri inquilini, il materasso e le lenzuola del primo lettino singolo erano sporche di sangue, i servizi igienici poco curati, tavolo e comodini della camera matrimoniale sporchi.

Preis- Leistung völlig inakzeptabel.

Zwei Tage vor dem Besuch wurden wir informiert dass die Heizung gewartet werden muss. Dies erst nach der Zahlung. Somit keine Rücktrittsmöglichkeit. Der Service dauerte dann von ca 10-16h. Alle Zimmer mit abgeschraubten Heizkörpern. Zusätzlich war meine Frau krank und kam vom Spital mit Schüttelfrost, hohem Fieber, Kopfweh und sollte schlafen. Keine Einsicht vom Vermieter, keine Reduktion für die massive Einschränkung. Ignorant. So was habe ich in über 10 Jahren und Dutzenden von Booking Aufenthalten noch nie erlebt.

Great apartment close to city centre

Easy to find, close by free car park. 10 mins walk into Verona city. Clean and tidy and comfortable stay. WiFi available. Washing machine available.

Could do with something to wash dishes with and a tea towel. Small things but would have made it easier. Is on a noisy road so air cond is essential in summer months. Air con in our room was quite noisy but we slept well in the comfy bed.

Nice but not luxurious!

Once we got past the connectivity issues, the host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is quite spacious, light and was pleasantly warm. The location was great and parking was easy.

The kitchen had one single socket for all the appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave) and there is not enough workspace to place the equipment - eg you have to put the microwave on top of the stove to use it. The kitchen lacked equipment - there wasn't even a pizza cutter in the drawer! There is a tv in the apartment but only 2 armchairs to sit and watch it on - and they are not very comfortable. 2 of us had to sit on dining chairs to watch a film. A sofa is needed! Also for a luxury flat, there were no basics provided. It would have been nice to have salt/pepper, olive oil and perhaps tea/coffee/, milk provided. We arrived with 2 hungry children when local restaurants and shops were closed so would have appreciated something.

A friend booked this property for us.Location of property was very good, everything within walking distance. 15 mins walk from train station. Two large bedrooms. Lots of wardrobe space and natural light x2 balconies.

Could do with some updating and possibly have an en-suite in one of the bedrooms.Double bed mattress has horrible old stains, mattress protectors are a must and should be used. No duvet cover on double bed duvet. Can get quite noisy at night both from the street and neighbours. cleaning could be better as some dust and stains found on bedroom and kitchen furniture. A small sofa would be nice in the sitting / kitchenette area instead of 2 chairs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The position is perfect:!!! Very close to the city centre and the train station . Shops and bars nearby. The apartment is cosy and in a quiet building. Edoardo is kind and it’s easy to get in touch with him.

For a long stay it would be handy to have a washing machine, I thought…

A perfect stay in Verona

The location is perfect. Free parking very close, 15 min walking to the city centre, very quiet and even a Verona bike rental station is very close. Our host Edoardo was very nice and even made an early check-in possible.
