Relaxing and comfortable

Loved the pool and spa, so great to relax in. Check in was very easy and the location was so handy.

A great spot for a few days in Rotorua

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The pool area is lovely, and the pool is thermally heated so it was like swimming in a bath!

Until the motel is updated stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly when I had to ask for replacement toilet paper because it wasn't restocked.

No air-conditioning it's not even the middle of summer and the room was too hot to get a good night's sleep, a fan does not suffice especially when it can't be plugged in anywhere useful. It seems strange that you'd install Tesla charging stations before installing air-conditioning in the rooms. No curtain or blind over the completely glass door in the bedroom. Doesn't help when you're trying to sleep passed sunrise. No way of opening or closing the louvre windows in the bedroom that are 2.5 metres off the ground, pretty annoying when rain starts coming in through them. The WiFi constantly cut out making it unusable. It may be interference due to other WiFi networks in the vicinity, might help changing the WiFi channel. The filtered water tap on the kitchen sink is covered in corrosion or some sort of build up, wasn't keen on drinking from that. I don't know if guests steal toilet paper often but we only had one spare toilet roll, when we used it the staff did not replace it even though the rest of the room was serviced. The drain directly outside the room smelled worse than the Geothermal vents in the Rotorua mud pools, I know you can expect today smell in Rotorua but when your partner who weirdly enjoys the Rotorua smell is gagging then you know it's bad. Not pleasant when it's constantly wafting in to the room that you're trying to cool with the door open because there's no aircon.

Location was great. Easy access to all attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

the room was exactly as pictured on the website. the swimming pool was so warm, I loved it. I only stayed two nights but they still came in and cleaned my room after the first night

Loved the pool area. Resort feel with waterfall and bbq area. Private spas were also very nice

Rooms are quite dark. Needed to have lights on for most of the time we were there. Not that it bothered us too much as we are usually out of the room during the day

Not great but ok if you are out and about

We had until 16. Access and parking was awesome. Clean. Great water pressure in the shower.

The smell of cleaning product was over bearing to the point I got a pretty bad headache. The cleaners definitely went overboard with the spray they use on all surfaces. The bed was very hard.

Pool area great. Had everything home away from home . No complaints lovely property.

We loved this spot and would come back and recommend to friends.

We loved the spa bath and how close it was to town. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.

The spa bubbled which made it a bit difficult for me to sleep.

I can’t praise the lively kind owners and staff enough - they were so warm and welcoming, and were really kind to allow

The property was clean and well appointed and the bed very comfortable

If I had to be super picky, I’d only mention that our bathroom door didn’t really shut that easily and was such minor thing that as a couple really didn’t impact our hugely comfortable stay

The rooms are always clean and fresh. The private spa pools are always a drawcard. The service is friendly and welcoming.

Just like home away from home

We were made to feel very welcome by the host Tristan. Anything we needed was not too much trouble. She was very knowledgable about the area and more than willing and able to provide information about the local area and attactions.we were very comfortable in our unit which had all. We needed and was conveniently located to all attractions we had booked and the shops. Information available in both the room and front reception plus the hospitality helped us feel quickly at home.

We had no major concerns at all with the accommodation.
