Nettes kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit angrenzendem Top-Kaffee

Sehr freundliches Personal, großartiges Kaffee im Haus und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Matrazen waren mit Kunststoffbezügen überzogen, man hat Nachts doch sehr geschwitzt!!!

Super moment à Baden Baden

Le petit déjeuner était top et la chambre propre et confortable au pied des thermes.

La fermeture du parking proche et la personne qui nous a accueillis nous a mal renseigné sur l’alternative.

Stay here for the breakfast

The staff were excellent. The location can't be beat. But the breakfast was most memorable, as it is prepared by Anna's patisserie next door. Our room had a balcony that we used in the evenings. It was also nice to have a small fridge in the room,

It was warmer than expected when we arrived and Anna provided fans for us to stay cool.

Parfait rapport qualité prix dans le centre.

La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la ville à pied, en face des Thermes, et à 2 minutes du bus pour aller à la gare. Bon petit déjeuner.

La chambre ne correpondait pas aux photos présentées sur le site pour cette chambre.

היה מדהים. החדר היה נקי, מסודר. בעלת המקום אישה מאוד נחמדה ונדיבה. תמיד הייתה מוכנה לעזור ולהמליץ על אתרים מעניינים. ארוכת בוקר הייתה אשירה וטובה. למשל, סלט פרות כלל פרות יער טריים בפברואר, קינוחים היו נאפים על ידי קונדיטור. ,המיקום היה מושלם, במרכז העיר, לא היה צורך בתחבורה ציבורית בכלל, 2 דקות הליכה ממרחצאות כליגולה כשהגענו, בחדר היה מוכן טיק לכל אחד עם מגבת גדולה וחלוק רחיצה. .קיצור, היה מושלם, מומלץ בחום

Fabulous and would recommend!

well-located, charming, clean, and comfortable room. Their bakery makes some of the best bread and desserts and we got served freshly baked goods at breakfast on day 1. What's more? They gave us a voucher for one of the thermal spas located opposite the property. It is one of the main thermal spas so that was quite nice.

While breakfast was included in the price of our room, we woke up to leave at about 7:30 am on the day of our checkout and the restaurant had not opened yet even though we had eaten breakfast at the same time the previous day. And so we could not enjoy the breakfast on DAY 2 and felt that communication couldve been better to set our expectations.

Lovely hotel with lovely Café

Breakfast is delicious. Cleanliness is superb. I asked to change the room after a few nights, as one with a great view on the park got free, was so nice from them! Really great staff, and utmost nice people managing and running the hotel and the Café: definitely worth a stay!

Very clean and cute room. The breakfast was very good even though they didn’t had omelets. The bed was very comfortable.

Very nice week-end with my wife.

The Hotel is placed in a very central area, really few steps away from the Caracalla Thermae, inside the Innestadt, very close to the city centre, therefore its position is extremely convenient to visit Baden Baden without the need of a transport mean. The Hotel is placed in a 4-story building where rooms and apartments are. The breakfast is served in the restaurant room at the ground floor until 11 AM, which is good as it does not force you to wake up too early. Next to the restaurant you find the Konditorei, a pastry shop attached to the hotel with a very big choice of cakes and sweets: recommended. Outside the pastry shop, in a small piazzetta there's a dehors with tables under big umbrellas where you can sit outdoor and have coffee, cakes, drinks...it's very nice. The rooms are nice and clean, decorated with what seems an old-fashion Baden-Württemberg furnishing. The bed was comfortable, the room equipped with safe, big flat-screen TV (only german channels, not a smart TV), fridge and water boiler for tea/infusion. Internet is available free of charge in the whole hotel through Wi-Fi. The staff is really kind and ready to assist you.

The pictures you see in the Hotel description are all pictures of the apartments, not of the rooms, therefore you may find yourself disappointed when you see a room, just because you are expecting something different. I asked for a room with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub but in the end I found just a small tub. The rooms are not at all unsatisfactory, but if you book a room looking at the pictures of the apartments you'll be a bit disappointed when you see the room.

A delightful, old-fashioned hotel offering modern facilities in a fantastic location: quiet but well-placed for the Spas, shops and restaurants. There are also many walks nearby into the hills and the famous Lichtentaler Allee is 5 minutes away for a delightful riiverside stroll. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice of sweet and savoury. It was also possible to leave our luggage there after we checked out. The nearby Leopoldsplatz offered frequent bus services, many of which connected with the rail station a few miles out of town.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was substantial.

Staff at check in and check out was abrupt! Was not very informative and helpful, we had to sort out the sofa sleeper! The bathroom lights were pretty but poorly lit!
