Sehr schöne Lage, nicht weit vom Strand. Amsterdam schnell erreichbar.
die Matratzen waren neu und hart. Aber auf Nachfrage haben wir einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen ;-)

Really lovely stay. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was spot on. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. The town itself was beautiful and quiet but had shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Great quite location for a good base to see many of the surrounding cities. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and a very kind staff.
A few mosquitoes at night, but really nothing to not like.

Location is stunningly beautiful- a very pleasant surprise. It exceeded our expectations. We didn’t book breakfast as we’re not big eaters in the mornings but they still supplied us with a cuppa and croissant. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The stairs were a little narrow and different to manage for someone with back problems but to be expected in these lovely older buildings.

Great location near water front.
Shower and toilet opposite our room entrance.
Good safe area for our tandem bike.
I was used to b&b breakfast (included) so that was a little down.

I I didn’t like anything about the hotel. It was miserable from the start. The heater wouldn’t even work. The lady was so rude. I told her it was freezing and she wouldn’t even turn on the heating. All I can say avoid this hotel at all cost horrible. Horrible horrible hotel. The bedsheets were very dirty and also the towels.

Amazing place, amazing nature, amazing people. It is highly recommended to visit beach around the village if you stay here. Free places for parking are present here as well.
About transfer to Amsterdam. Bus station is at next door to hotel. Bus ride 1 time per hour. Ticket to Weesp is about 4euro per person, only card. 15 minutes to Weesp. Train from Weesp to Amsterdam is about 4-5euro per person. Also 15 minutes.
Taxi costs 30-32euro from this hotel to Amsterdam (Uber). We prefer taxi, it significantly comfortable for the same price for three persons

Nice family hotel near the beach, perfect for cycling in Amsterdam surroundings , the neighbourhood is pretty, beautiful quiet houses, restaurant, supermarket among trees; if you want to explore Netherlands bicycle lanes , this is the place; in the evening you can go downtown for dinner in Amsterdam; the hotel has bicycles to rent and a very good breakfast.
Small room but had all two friends needed to rest after long cycling days

Nice, heritage location, very friendly staff, good restaurant, very tasteful cakes, lovely small village at the coast, free parking and free wlan. Easy business (reservation / payment).
It would be nicer, if you see a real humann face when coming late and in the morning at breakfast ... (i know staff is expensive).

Lovely room on the first floor of a separate building to the main hotel. fantastic en-suite. Very nice breakfast. comfortable bed just a shame it was two single beds pushed together. Lovely surroundings.
No full length mirror in the room. TV was badly positioned at the side of the bed instead of at the end of the bed. Climbing the narrow spiral staircase up to the room was nerve wracking and even worse coming down with the two rooms below us continually leaving their belongings sprawled in the communal hall way. Hazard!!! Would have been nice if staff would ask them not to leave their shoes, bags etc there.

Location was fantastic.
Food was really good.
Our upstairs room was a little cramped and would have benefited from a kettle.
