Parfaite localisation, propre et personel tres gentil

C’est tres bien situé a 2 pas de Dontobori, L’hotel est tres propre et le personel tres gentil et serviable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aimer pour la livraison de bagage a la fin du séjour. J’y retournerai pour mon prochain séjour

Excellent stay in the heart of Kyoto, in a spacious and comfortable room

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and silent rooms with comfortable bedding and spacious for Japanese standards. We enjoyed our stay.

There is no real breakfast. They do give you a snack but it did not really replace a breakfast. Still it was a nice gesture and it was delivered to our room every morning.

Excellent location near busy food and designer and normal shopping areas.

Excellent location near local sights, Glico man sign, food and shopping . Room good size with good bathroom.

Saturday night road was noisy outside due to revving cars and motorbikes but probably due to busy nightlife around the area.

The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The hotel mood allowed out stay in osaka to be peaceful and fun.

The check in/out process was extremely easy and convenient, the facility was clean and inviting with staff ready to assist with the check in process. The property was conveniently located near the heart of Dontonbori St. Transit options were convenient and just a short walk to buses or train.

We loved everything about this property.

Absolutely amazing stay here!

All the amenities, facilities, breakfast, and staff were above and beyond our expectations. The hotel was also clean and very well located. We got a little upgrade on our stay thanks to the staff on the congratulations of our engagement during the stay which was also very thoughtful of them.

Лучший завтрак, который мы ели в Японии. Рыба, креветки, смузи. Все очень вкусно и всего много. Отель очень стильный. Внизу можно взять все, что нужно для комфортного проживания (косметические принадлежности).

Плохая шумоизоляция, несмотря на 12 этаж было слышно каждую машину снаружи. Номер очень маленький. Спасло только то, что останавливались только на одну ночь.

Greta location to all the craziness in Dotombori would reccomend but try to find a deal.

Greta location, nice bathroom. Also had some nice restaurants attached to it (like the aquarium bar)

Shelves in room were dusty, room was very small for the price and not much of a view. Some of the stuff were not the best

Great location, good breakfast

Great location. The free water bottles in the room were also appreciated . Comfy bed and good sound proofing .

The shower . I didn’t understand why it wasn’t setup to go over the bath as otherwise water would get all over the floor .

Exceptional and totally exceeding expectations. Great hotel, rooms, staff, location.

A well designed contemporary hotel with great rooms, friendly staff and a superb location. Just between Dotonbori and America-Mura flanked by some of the worlds top brand flagship stores, it's handy to the crazy packed shopping streets for the everyday traveller and the refined exclusive brands associated with the elite. The hotel is only a short walk from Namba station making it handy for the airport, Nara and anywhere in Osaka. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb. The shower and bath were exceptional; most people take the toiletries, I wanted to take the entire bathroom! I'll absolutely be back.

The reception is a little cluttered, but that's just an aesthetic thing. The staff run everything perfectly. The Ebisu Bashi-Suji Shopping Street is a little crazy but that just makes the hotel more of an oasis.

Excellent location that can’t be beaten

Really really excellent location for dotonburi and shinsaibashi. I literally took only 5 min to walk from there back to the hotel. Wonderful when travelling with family/ when one is tired after shopping

The windows need to be sound-proof/ closed fully!

We enjoyed the stay - good location and breakfast and convenience of connecting rooms!

Location was superb, very close to Namba station (exit 14) and Dotonburi (restaurants).

Construction outside the hotel was noisy and causes congestion and hard to flag for taxis.

위치가 짧은 여행 일정에 너무 좋았고, 식당 예약을 도와주신 Shion Tsugita 씨 덕분에 식사도 수월하게 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 그 외에 모든 스태프들이 다 친절했고, 호텔 깨끗하고, 조식도 마음에 들었습니다.

난바역에서 걸어오고 가는 길이 생각보다 좀 멀고 걸어오기까지 인파가 너무 많아서 도착일, 출발일만 조금 서두르는 편이 좋습니다. 그치만 평소에 오고갈때 신사이바시 역으로 움직일때는 너무너무 편리해서 여행 중에는 위치가 너무 좋다는 점.

方便周转的落脚点

位置是关键，去哪里都很方便。员工的响应速度很快，毕竟是大都会里的服务人员。停车场就在酒店旁边，搬运行李很方便。

房间的空调声音太大，设施有些陈旧，门口还在修路。

難波に行くために予約して良かったです。

戎橋のところに用事があったのですごく近くて良かったです。バースデープレゼントもありがとうございました。

エレベーターの操作がやりにくかったです。カードをかざしても緑のランプが点かず階数ボタンが押せなかったり押しても無理だと言われたりで反応がちゃんとしてくれなかったのが煩わしかったです。

clean rooms, really good location, not as noisy as i thought it would be, parking available, coffee machine and weighing machine downstairs, great breakfast

loading/unloading luggage can be a bit difficult if you're driving (no porch)

Near iconic running man in Osaka, friendly services

Hotel is 2 mins walk about from Dontonburi. Service staff are all helpful and friendly.

Room was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the toilet floor, and dust on the surfaces.

A great stay in an amazing location!

Amazing hotel in a great location! Spacious and well appointed rooms with good views of Osaka. Really friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good too with plenty of choice each day.

Great location for Dotonbori nightlife, convenient for public transport (e.g. day trip to Nara) Excellent breakfast in very nice restaurant.

Room faced main road and was noisy at night despite being on 12th floor.

The washroom! Love the Cafe and aquarium restaurant in the hotel! Excellent food!

That there wasn't an availability for early check-in and we had to pay an extra fee smh. The view was also mediocre. Also.... There's a huge fish in the aquarium when you walk in, that shouldn't be held captive in such a small tank for it's size. I really hope you relocate it to a much bigger tank!
