Cumple con las expectativas

El hotel está bien ubicado y muy cerca de Dotonbori. Aunque la habitación es pequeña como en casi todos los hoteles, funciona. La habitación que reservé era para fumadores y olía terrible, pero el personal fue amable y me cambió a una para no fumadores sin cargo.

La comida del bufet es algo limitada y la atención en el restaurante no es muy buena.

舒適交通方便房間清潔做得很好，是我再次入住的選擇

位置方便，離地鐵，百貨，心齋橋都很近，過個馬路就到中心了每日清潔打掃的乾淨！12點check out也是重點！

建議可在外面放菸灰缸，因為此飯店沒有吸菸室，所以在出入口都會有很多煙蒂！不美觀

Nice Hotel in Best Location

location is perfect, it's right behind Nikko Hotel in Shinsaibashi, Daimaru is right across the street, 5min walk from Shinsaibashi station, you find all the eatery, shops for all consumption level in the area, and of course, some 15min walk to the famous signboard and touristy area. Buses and subway stations in just a short walk that take you to explore the culture and history. Hotel is clean and nice, hotel owners put efforts in building entrance hallway and sitting area with some serenity (traditional Japanese garden deco), rooms are well set up although it's tiny like most of hotel rooms in Japan. Will stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

Superb location, room was small and packed.

Very convenient location, super close to subway stations.

Given it's the most popular tourist location, receptionists should have some basic English language skills. During Our stay there my wife got sick and needed to visit a clinic. I asked (in English) if the front desk could call the clinic to check if they speak English, unfortunately both receptionists said they didn't know English.

Good location and accessibility.

Location of hotel was great as it was near the train station (Lift accessible to main road via the lift from B2 of mall). It's also a short walking distance to various shopping streets. Had some restaurants opening till quite late so supper wasn't a problem. Room was a bit too small for comfort but cleanliness is good. Would be great if bottled water could be provided too. For convenience. Though drinking water is provided near the lift lobby. The coin laundry cost 500 Yen for wash & dry. No hassle as it doesn't need customers to bring own detergent.

Counter staff rejected my request for a non-smoking room immediately over the counter when checking in because I booked a non-smoking room (due to no more availability online). They could have inform me that they could shift me to a non-smoking room if they have any vacant during my 6 day stay. It would have made my stay more pleasant.

帰る日にチェクアウトの時におられたフロントの方は対応が気持ちよく良かったです

忘れ物をしたので、2回も問い合わせをしたのにないですと言われて本当に探して貰ってるのか分からなかった。そちらには何でもない物かもしれないけれど、本人には大切な物なのに、とても悲しかったです。忘れたこちらも非があるとはおもいますが、サービス業なんだからもう少しきちんと対応して欲しかったです。

Great hotel in the perfect location - very accessible to Osaka's main attractions and transport links. Very clean and comfortable place to stay, with all amenities you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

ホテルマンらしい接客をせよ。掃除の徹底管理をせよ。

部屋のレイアウトが良い。立地が良い。チェックアウト時間が正午１２時。

部屋のそうじは、表面上はやっていると思いますが、よくみると汚い箇所がありました。トイレの洗面所と洗面台は拭き掃除すらしていないようでした。まだリフォームしたばかりだからキレイにみえるだけ。メンテナンスしないと、すぐダメになりますよ。従業員の対応はコンビニ店員なみでした。これは特定の従業員だけですが、「ホテルマンの挨拶、対応姿勢、しぐさ、言葉遣い、電話対応、」すべて見直した方がいいと思います。他の従業員も、すべては当てはまらなくても見直した方がいいと思う項目がありました。総じて、ホテルの姿勢が見てとれます。

Pillow, there is only one pillow on the bed. Elevator, when you use your room card, it will show the floor automatically. Because I’m traveling alone so I will worried that other people know where I lived.

Great location, great room, well worth the stay.

Room was larger than typical Japanese business hotel rooms. Everything was clean and well stocked. Room configuration was well thought out.

The access to the building and room was too restrictive and made collaborating with coworkers and guests difficult.

Great staff that assisted me with a reservation issue that was solved very quickly. The location is right in the bustling area of Americamura, very close to the metro and loads of food options.

The room window was opaque, I believe it’s for privacy reasons (for the hotel costumer), but I would rather have had clear windows. Not a huge issue though, was still very satisfied with my stay.

Value-for-money, Superb Location

- Really great location with direct access to elevator. You can cut through OPA from Exit 7 or take the elevator near Exit 5/6 (Next to Shake Shack). This was the most important factor for me as I was travelling alone with a huge luggage. I also love that the hotel is just a short walk away from places I personally wanted to visit (Americamura, Orange Street, Dotonburi, Daimaru). It is so convenient that I can stop by the hotel in the middle of the day just to drop off my shopping bags and use the restroom before heading out again. - I also booked a room on the Ladies floor, which came with access to a cosy small Ladies lounge on the same floor. You could bring your tumblr (provided in the room) and use the coffee machine in the lounge for a cup of coffee / tea. The entire floor also smells very fragrant and for extra security, you have to tap your card just to enter / exit the floor. Amazing, cosy and safe. - Room itself is very clean except for a small stain on the towel. Amenities are provided on Level 1, it’s self-help so you could take what you need. Shampoo / Body Soap is provided but I recommend bringing your own. I like that the toilet comes with a tub and it’s relaxing to end your day with a bath (bath salt provided on level 1). There’s also a humidifier in the room :-)

- Only 1 bed pillow and 1 sofa pillow is provided and they are very small. Requests for an extra pillow were not acceded to. This is the only con though; apart from that I had a really wonderful stay in this hotel.
