Really great atmosphere and something a bit different! The accommodation was clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast the following morning was great too. Would definitely like to return here for a longer visit to take advantage of the container golf or spa cabins.
4.3
Friendly relaxed atmosphere with superb staff.
4.3
Great room for a family of 6 plus the dog! Very comfortable and clean
Was frustrating about food service times and pre booked tables. Had we been recommended to book as it was so busy we would have!
4.3
Great breakfast
There was a very annoying buzzy sound in our bathroom and room was a little soulless
4.3
The room was equipped with air conditioning which doubled as a heating system which was straightforward to operate. Evening meals and breakfast was very good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There wasn't really much to do locally, but you can't help the location!
4.3
We loved our room and all the staff we met were well trained and customer focused. Our room had all the creature comforts we needed and we liked the novel design.
The evening meal was awful and we will not be having one here again if we return. The burgers were ok but warm and the chips were also warm not hot and were dry.
4.3
The breakfast was lovely, if you wanted something cooked fresh for you they cooked it ; my husband had a lovely mushroom omelette which they cooked in front of you, there was every thing there to choose from.i really
I really can’t think of anything I actually disliked you were made

nothing- we had a great stay and will return.
4.3

Sky movies and sports channels
Large car park
I'm gluten intolerant I struggled to find something to eat
No pamphlets on places to visit
Choices of non alcoholic beers and ciders

Couldn't fault the place. Was recommended by a family member & didn't disappoint. Great food, room, & excellent staff from start to finish.
Room got a bit warm at times, but nothing you couldn't control by either turning down the heating or opening windows.
4.3
we loved the quirky design, the amazing facilities for kids and the friendliness of the staff.
not enough rooms!!
4.3
Like the concept of Street food
Was not as good as last visit, better when out in stable. Not as much options, staff very slow
4.3
Room with air-conditioning and fridge.
Food was disappointing. Restaurant area looks rather tatty in places.
4.3
amazing bunk suit, kids loved it, especially outside bath
they used to have sky in the room, that has know gone, we’ve been a few times where the street food and music were so much better, now inside the pub you could be sat in any pub having dinner, no need for a dj as can’t here it, might as well have a cd playing, a bit underwhelming to be honest and not cheap
4.3
friendly good food and nice vibe!

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Rooms, food and the staff are friendly and helpful
We stayed for New Year the only thing I could fault was that we paid £20 for a ticket for the restaurant and entrance to The Stables adult party.
The DJ only played one kind of music and didn't cater for everyone. No one was dancing and there were older people there who would have danced if the music was better.

Good location for Sandringham visit,Lovely big room & bathroom ,friendly staff ,Breakfast good choice .plenty of parking
Choice of food in evening limited .

The FfolkesnArns is a gem of a place. My stay was brief, but the staff were super friendly, the ambience was great and there was lots,of little finishing touches that made a difference to my stay. I needed to check out early (5am) and because Mynroom was outside the main building I didn’t need to disturb anyone.
Not such a negative…..but a pen & pad in the room could be an extra finishing touch

Location
Breakfast
Cold bedroom despite having air con heating on continuously on full heat setting. Stay was in a cold snap but only - 2 ish.
Very expensive
Food more of a diner quality, definitely not a restaurant.
Prior to this review have raised issue of cold room and price direct with establishment but promised response has never occurred.

The rooms were lovely. The little jar of shortbread was a welcome touch. The checking in staff were great and the restaurant staff absolutely awesome.
On booking I asked for a ground floor room for my 80 year old mum but I had a phone call on the way there saying one wasn't available, i booked a year out. Mum had to climb a steep set of wooden steps, these were icy. Not impressed. The blind in the rooms need rethinking as it was light in the room all night due to light from the street light outside flooding through the slats of the blind. Not a brilliant night's sleep.

Rooms fantastic
Staff fantastic
Decor fantastic
Superb
Food choice very limited
Couldn't decide which chips to eat! Not that we wanted chips 😕
Street food idea is good but choice very limited
Everything else about the Ffolkes was exceptional just a normal food menu would have been nice.
4.3
Room excellent. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff very helpful & friendly. Plenty of parking
Nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay again
4.3
Nice rooms, tastefully furnished and great bathroom, Good choice of hot breakfast items and ample parking
On quite a busy road, so road noise if you have windows open, don't expect this to be a country or relaxed stay, busy and quite noisy pub, with children's play area and golf area.
Could do with a better choice of fruit/cereal at Breakfast although hot food was excellent with help yourself, and omelette or pancakes made to order
4.3
the quirkiness and the lovely room.
breakfast was excellant
4.3
great facilities, very busy but that didn’t bother us!
very busy! breakfasts and lunches guests from outside could join so it was slightly chaotic
