Breakfast was excellent. Being on a working farm was actually really nice. Owners were friendly and engaging.
It is not for the mobility challenged. All rooms are up a steep flight of stairs.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful spacious farm house. We were warmly welcomed and the breakfast was delicious.
The farm is on a main road and it is quite hard to spot the entrance.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, very good quality food for breakfast cooked really well. Comfortable room, very clean. Ideal location to unwind nice trees and outside seating to relax in the fresh air, and animals to see on the farm.
Location by a busy main A road was a bit noisy but only because the window needed to be left open at night due to the intense heat when we stayed. The TV did not work due to no aerial signal but we did not mind at all as we were outside most of the time, no desire to watch TV.

Beautiful old house, good size bedroom overlooking the garden, also lovely generous proportion and spotless en-suite.
Liz the owner was also really welcoming and helpful.
Nothing, would happily return.

Great place. The farm is lovely, lots of animals to see and interact with. Neil and Liz are perfect hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We have already booked again to go this year because we liked it so much. Truly recommended!

Breakfast was very generous in its quantity and choice. The quality of the bacon and the sausages was top class.
Lovely home made bread.
Owners were very friendly and helpful, and made us very welcome.
The location is a bit too near to a noisy main A road, though this is not the fault of the current owners.

The farm is absolutely lovely with so many animals for all ages to enjoy (including 4 beautiful dogs). You can also walk all around the property and feed the animals which our children loved to do each day.
Hand sanitiser and places to wash hands everywhere around property and in house and everything was very clean. You also keep the same table for breakfast throughout your stay.
Liz and Neil were so friendly and helpful with tips for the surrounding area and places to eat. They even gave our son a birthday card and decorated the breakfast table on the morning of his birthday.
Breakfast was delicious and as substantial as you liked.
Our family room for 4 of us was very comfy - beds, shower and bath all great.
Great spot for visiting beautiful beaches, walks, Sandringham Estate, pubs, villages etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay again.
Nothing - all perfect
