隣りの人たちが夜中まで騒いでいてうるさかった。宿泊者のマナー(一台しかないエレベーターを停めたり)が悪い。

Money worth apartment for small family

1. Convenient location in center. Walking distance of 10 mins to the main shopping street. 2. We are small family with 2 children (8 and 9 years old). The room is equipped with sofa bed and one double bed. 3. With a small kitchen, you can prepare breakfast and meals if you want to save some money 4. There is one Chinese restaurant nearby which provides authentic Chinese cuisine

Clean enough, just no window in the bathroom and became little wet after bath

Ok ophold. Det havde været perfekt hvis man havde et værelse hævet over gadeplan.

Udsigt til baggård/plads I gade højde, hvilket gjorde, at man var nødt til at trække for, for at få lidt privatliv. Det betød så at værelset var ret mørkt.

Excellent central place to stay!

Had everything we needed. Being a family of four, it was very helpful to have “guest bathrooms” as well. The location is awesome. Walking distance to almost everything!

We didn’t cook anything there because they’re so many options in the city but also because there are so many warning signs in the room about cooking and the smoke detector. Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Nice appartment

The location of the apartment is very central with free parking in front of the building. Beautiful and clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

The maintenance needs to be slightly improved, for example: Tnhe shower stand is broken, the window in the bedroom faces the neighbors' balcony and the curtain does not close in a way that would block the light from the outside. The baking sheet of the oven was sticky, and it seemed that it had not been washed in a long time.

Good location, bad temperature regulation

Terrific location, nice little kitchenette, great shower.

So hot! We turned the radiator off and opened the windows as soon as we got in and still broiled overnight.

Pulito, comodo, camera piccola ma con tutti i comfort (frigo, pentole, piatti, forno a microonde). Bagno pulito in camera. Vicino al centro con parcheggio gratuito davanti e dietro alla struttura.

There was a very kind host at the reception. The beds were good and the place was hygienic

The window was right next to a parking lot which made us feel too uncomfortable to open the curtains. But overall very nice place

Comfortable, clean and convenient location

Space of apartment, cooking/kitchen amenities very useful, convenient location within walking distance of where we needed to be for the conference and to center of town. Close to bus stop. Very friendly and helpful desk staff.

pretty neat and compact apartment .. has everything one needs ..flexible check in ..

i was a little surprised that the owner didn't have machine to accept cards at the location to pay .. other than this everything was good ..

Great location. Functional. Absence of staff may be unsettling for lone travellers.

Great location - part way between the bus station and main drag, so getting about for trips and sightseeing was straightforward. Quiet neighbourhood.

Never seen a soul on the front desk so lacked a personal service. Kitchenette was tired but functional. Wet room floor flooded out if in the shower for longer than 2 minutes.

Value for money

Simple process to check in out of hours and collect key from a lock box. Room and location was great for the price paid we could not expect anything more. Its not fancy but it does the job and we had a nice stay.

Lovely stay in Reykjavik

The apartment was huge, we booked the 2 bed but were put in the 3 bed (room 403). Location was excellent, 24 hour shop just round the corner & lots of bars/shops/restaurants. Easy self check in/out. Very warm which was lovely in January. Nice comfy beds. Huge balcony with view of the church. Will likely stay here again if we return to Reykjavik 🙂

La habitación ha sido muy confortable, la ducha muy relajante y durmiendo he podido descansar después del viaje tan largo desde España.

Great apartment, excellent location

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. East to access.

The apartment was very hot and changing the thermostat didn’t make any difference. Not enough seating the living space for 5 people.

Great location and a great deal! Definitely recommend

Great location near the main shopping streets. Grocery nearby and always a parking spot for our rental car.

Shower head holders were broken and the kitchen is a bit small if you are planning on cooking, but we cooked most nights, so it worked out for us.

Good value, comfortable, good location

Convenient to #13 bus stop and easy walk to deep city center. Has just enough included in the apartments (this was the second one we stayed at due to change in number). Free luggage storage. Easy key retrieval if you arrive when someone is not at the front desk.

Clock and TV remote batteries needed replacement and 2 light bulbs did. The patio door was broken. Now, it could have been recently broken and they didn’t get to fix it yet but the other unit had a cracked window and broken dishwasher so just wondering about how quickly they repair issues. As for the bulbs and batteries, if former tenants do not advise staff of these things, they might not know. So I left the remote and clock on their stomach on the dining room table with the flaps opened and batteries pulled out. And I left a note about the lights that were out. No way to know if taken care of.

Iceland stayover

Locarion was good. They allowed us to check in a little early on arrival. The did have a coffee pot & small undercoubtet refrigerator.

Room was NOTHING like the pictures.Poor quality linens. No facecloths for bathing. When we asked for them, they gave us hand towls. Cheap towels too. No top sheet on the bed. Only a comforter that was sketchy. Cheap bath fixtures. The mirror was made from 4 mirroe tiles stuck on the wall over a broken wall hung sink. No real shower. Just a curtain across part of the bathroom with a drain in the middle. VERY WEIRD. Tacky kitchenette. No dresser so we had to live out of our suitcase. Poor parking conditions. Run down looking building in a sketchy neighborhood.

I would definitely recommend this property!

It was close to the downtown. It also has a kitchenette - very helpful as restaurant food was very expensive.

We were right by the front door and could hear everyone’s conversations.

Parking in the back was good, location was close to everything we wanted to see downtown. Reception was nice and spoke English well.

Reception isn't there the whole time, there's a large element of self serve here. The worst part for us was our room on the ground floor facing the side walk. You can hear everyone outside who walks by and is talking. The curtains don't fully close either at the ends, but I brought a sleeping eye mask since there's 20 hr sunlight right now. Overall room we got was a little tight and you hit it run into things as you move around.

excellent location, clean, spacious, good view, ideal "drying room" on entering property. Laundry looked good, but did not use.
