This is NOT a 5-star hotel. But the location is perfect.

The location in Sarajevo is among the best. The hotel offers underground parking and some newly renovated, spacious rooms with beds offering excellent sleeping quality and a well working air conditioning. There is complementary water, coffee and tea i(on arrival, not daily) in the room. Moreover, the front desk staff is extremely friendly, and service minded.

• The lobby is outdated, dark and dingy and would benefit from a makeover. Guests are met by a huge poster announcing GIRLS – STRIP TEASE. The entrance is dodgy, with staff members hanging around to get a smoke. • We were given a keycard to the room along with a metal key and explained that the electronic system was temporarily out of order. The key card, however, never worked (as reviews in the autumn of 2023 also concluded – so during the past year, the electronic system hasn’t been fixed). • We found that our room was not thoroughly cleaned – pieces of alu-foil and long hair was scattered on the carpet. • After returning to our room in the early afternoon, it was not prepared by housekeeping. We were told that ONLY ONE key to the room existed, and that was the one we carried with us during the day. We patiently waited 30 minutes to get the job done. • We requested a small bottle of hair conditioner, but this toiletry item was not available (in a 5-star hotel). • At 08:00 AM there was no hot water – it was lukewarm, at the best. Who expects to take cold showers in a 5-star hotel? • The breakfast is – at the best – fair. Despite the range of options on the buffet, these appear messy and unappealing. The staff (middle-aged men) are ignorant and seem not to care about the visual presentation and appearance of the food. The white toast was dry as cardboard, so we wanted to toast it. However, the toaster was out of order. Another guest said that he had asked for the toaster for the past four mornings. • Before arrival we requested parking and was informed (in writing) that the daily rate was 12, 80€. However, upon arrival the daily rated had increased with 7€ to 20€.

Friendly staff, good location but below par of 4 star hotels we stayed in on the same trip.

Staff were friendly and willing to offer help where we asked, good location on the edge of old town.

When booking we requested twin beds, we didn’t get these. There were objects lying around the room, on top of the wardrobe. We had a balcony but the door didn’t shut properly and there are clubs/pubs outside which don’t shut till 1am so it was very loud. The aircon/guest panel didn’t work so we had no aircon. On two occasions someone/cleaning staff walked into the room without knocking first, this was mid morning. There was a rain shower however this wasn’t working properly, the ports were blocked and the shower head not on properly so water came out the top and dripped down. Breakfast was unlabelled, lots to choose from however not great quality food and some of the cereal was stale.

Doživljaj Sarajeva mi ništa ne može pokvariti ali slijedeći put biram neki drugi hotel.

Hotel je stara dama na najboljem položaju u gradu.Prelijepa je vanjska terasa.Dozic

Sve bi moglo biti bolje.Namjestaj je dotrajao,u kupaoni je poplava poslije tuširanja. Doručak je debelo ispod prosjeka za 5 zvjezdica. Nikad mi se nije desilo da mi naplaćuju uslugu kod prijavljivanje.

la ubicación.

pagué una habitación de 60 metros con jacuzzi. Me dieron una de unos 30 metros con un jacuzzi que no funcionaba y que inundó la habitación. Al día siguiente me cambiaron a otra de unos 50 metros con otro jacuzzi que tampoco funcionaba. Todas las noches había eventos con un ruido escandaloso . NO VAYÁIS. El desayuno es mediocre. El comedor es feo. El bonito lo tienen para los eventos.

Everything is good except the carpets. They need to be replaced.

Centrally located in Sarajevo and very convenient to old town and the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the room furniture are good, except the carpet looks dirty which makes us feel very uncomfortable.

The carpets in the rooms and hallways are dirty and old dated. If they can be replaced, the whole area will look more pleasant and clean.

Quite clean and central.

The pool is dark and unkept. Saturday night and on the top floor but very loud with clubs and wedding in the restaurant. Parking at 20 Eur is crazy in Sarajevo.

Superb

Staff was friendly and they had good service attitude. Breakfast was splendid. Shower/bath in the room was good with plenty of hot water. Location of the hotel is excellent.

We could hear the music from the restaurant below on Saturday-night.

Unhygenic, broken and old hotel. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here.

Absolutely nothing.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It is so disgusting and would highly NOT recommend this place. The bathroom and fridge has mould and wasn’t working, shower floor wasn’t cleaned. The AC was really loud, the room was so dark. The door wouldn’t close unless you literally slam it. We were also given 1 card key and it was broken. There is also a strip club banner in the foyer. The elevator was ridiculously slow, small and old. We originally booked for 4 nights but checked out after 1 night and went elsewhere. Absolutely disappointed.

Fantastic stay. I will repeat it.

The room, staff, location, and breakfast are great. This is located in the heart of Sarajevo's old town. There is a lot of action going on in the night.

If you are looking for a quiet place (in the evenings), this is might not be it. If you are not looking for such a place then this is our place to stay in Sarajevo!

very central location. big rooms. comfortable beds. friendly reception staff. good breakfast.

breakfast dining old staff not friendly and hardly spoke English. Felt like service from communist times. weren’t able to turn on heating and was pretty cold in Sarajevo. no free sauna/Hammam for guests and not turned on. parking is paid and was 25 km per day

I liked the staff very much they were very helpful and accommodating.I had an amazing room with a balcony. Location excellent.

I hated that they had a banner in the foyer advertising their STRIPTESE club. I thought this was very bad taste and not quite fitting with a meant to be 5 star hotel.
