Not worth the price. Great Location.

Location is great. Right in the centre of Old town.

The hotel is not very clean. It shows that the maintenance of the hotel is very poor which is strange considering that this is a new hotel. Ventilation in the bathroom is making terrible noise. I found two long hairs (one black, one blonde) on brand new clean towel.

Perfekte Lage am Rand der Altstadt für den historisch und kulturell interessierten Gast.

Die Größe des Zimmers und die Lage des Hotels.

Es gab jeden Tag eine große Reisegruppe, die über das Frühstücksbuffet hergefallen ist. Das Team brauchte eine halbe Ewigkeit, um danach wieder für Angebot und Ordnung zu sorgen.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, mit meiner Familie im Hotel President Sarajevo zu übernachten und war rundum beeindruckt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war herausragend. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Zimmer makellos sauber und wurden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sorgfältig gepflegt. Der Service im Hotel war erstklassig. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sie gaben uns das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein und waren jederzeit bereit, uns bei unseren Anliegen zu unterstützen. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern war es wichtig für uns, dass das Hotel familienfreundlich ist. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Unsere Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit und fühlten sich sehr wohl. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen, was es uns leicht machte, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Außerdem gab es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel President Sarajevo einfach fantastisch. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

A stay like no other

I am a reoccurring visitor as they say, when you find something great, you must keep it! Honestly this place has never failed. It's great for any age group and any reason. 1000/100 recommend this place to all.

Ailecek kalınabilecek ve Saraybosna’nın kalbinde çok güzel bir konaklama.

Wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen war sind die Zimmer Schallisoliert. Wenn man aus den Nachbarn alles gut hören kann ist das nicht gut beschrieben

Best hotel in Sarajevo..

They let me check in very early. Very spacious rooms and beautiful. The they were very warm, even the bathroom’s floor was heated. The staff was very friendly.. Great hotel overall..

It was a great hotel in downtown historical Sarajevo

The hotel is very centrally located in the downtown historical center of Sarajevo. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of the central part of the city. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

Modern hotel helpful staff nice breakfast few minutes from main attractions but 30 minute walk to the malls

The Wi-Fi in my room was barely working the small shower it’s very dark in the room no gym or spa other visitors slamming doors

Perfect Hotel for a short stay in Sarajevo

Top location, friendly staff and nice rooms. All in all a very nice hotel in the old part of Sarajevo!

Good intentions and great location

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. Our room had a huge terrace with a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of variety at breakfast.

Climate control in our room was not working during the three nights of our stay, meaning frequent calls to reception to turn on or adjust. Wifi was poor throughout the hotel and barely worked in our room. Room cleaning seems to be on request. No bath slippers (as it says in description). Coffee at breakfast is disappointing. General impression is that they want to do a really good job, but there seem to be challenges.

Clean with great location.

Very pleasant staff and very helpful. Breakfast was basic. Very clean. For me the mattress was slightly hard. Apart from that it's great.

Almost perfect....but not quite there

1. Location is beyond perfect...literally 10 steps from the entrance of the Old Town 2. Room size is quite good 3. Breakfast is included

1. While breakfast is included...its almost the same everyday and what's not used the day before gets put out again. So the veggies aren't always fresh. The cheese is a bit rubbery...boiled eggs have a bit of discoloration. Also the coffee from the coffee machine is quite bad and if you ask for a proper espresso...they charge you extra. 2. The rooms get warm at night yet the AC switches off by itself when I spoke to the front desk they have a control mechanism and he switched it on...yet again the AC switched off in the night. I'm assuming so the hotel can save money on electricity. Opening the window wasn't an option due to being on the 2nd floor and the sound of traffic being too disturbing 3. Mattresses were rock hard...but that's a personal preference

the location basically on Baš Čaršija is the absolute winner, the hotel itself is of a very high standard

the location is fantastic, the room with balcony on the 5th floor I can recommend

firstly my comments are not I did not like but constructive criticism, only 3 sockets in the room, on arrival one has to park the car outside the hotel to check in to be let in to the garage, the street even though its a backstreet is very frequently used and parking is almost impossible so this should be handed differently. breakfast served is good but very standard, for a hotel of this standing

I really liked the stay at Hotel President Sarajevo, if i come back again in the city for travel, i will definitely choo

Thinking that I made the right choice for accommodation on this trip, I am happy for myself. Just across the Emperor’s Mosque and 100 meters from the Latin Bridge, Hotel President is located on the banks of the Miljacka river that runs through the middle of the city. Seeing the city view right across from the room is first of all very nice. Being by the river is also very spacious. Since it is at the last stop of the buses coming from the airport, it is at a very good point in terms of transportation. You reach Bascarsija Sebil Square in 3 minutes from the street right next to the hotel, that is, the hotel is directly in the center of the city. Breakfast is included and there is a free cancellation option.

It's just a little too loud in the mornings, I think the sound insulation is a bit weak. This is like waking up for breakfast :) It wasn't too much of a problem, frankly.
