Stylish and comfortable hotel, very close to Witches Market and historical centre. Room was large with a small separate seating area.
We left our luggage after check-out, and the friendly reception staff were happy for us to use the lounge to sit and drink tea during the afternoon.
Nothing, although the breakfast was ok but not spectacular

The staff were excellent, with a 24 hour front desk so you could ask questions as needed. They were extremely helpful in helping us get a reliable, reasonably priced cab when Uber fell through. Overall our stay was comfortable and we liked the feel of the hotel… Nice lounge/patio spaces also to get away from the city but not be in your room. The hotel has security guards on all the time also which made us feel secure.
If you’re facing the street (many rooms don’t) there can be noise. La Paz never seemed to sleep so if you’re a light sleeper request a room off the Main Street.

Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank hierfür. Die Lage ist gut. Innen ruhig inmitten vom Trubel in La Paz.

Room freezing, heater did not provide much heat at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, patio, library with complimentary tea. Centrally located. We received advice how to spend a day in La Paz, they picked us up from the airport and booked taxi out.

Excellent location and facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly

We were in La Paz for several days and did daily tours from there and the hotel was great for that. It is located very close to all the relevant tour operators (where the pick up usually is early in the mornings). Quiet at night, nice shower (clean bathroom) and comfortable beds. The radiator was also much appreciated. When we had a I-phone related emergency the porter took us to an apple-shop (bc it was located in a not so safe part of the city) and stayed with us until the problem was solved.

Rooms were clean, with plenty of blankets for the cold evenings. The breakfast spread was great and we really enjoyed the tea service in the lobby area.
The older rooms could use an additional piece of furniture to store clothes or personal items.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Very comfortable room. It was very cold and the radiator helps. Bathroom was a little tight but functional. Room was spacious.
Climbing up the stairs to the 3rd floor. But it was an upgraded room but had to catch my breath. Bringing down the luggage wasn't east. The hallway can get dark but sensor comes on in the middle.

Very good breakfast. Quite well-located in the super-congested center of LaPaz. We motorcycled in, and teh staff were very helpful in unloading and storing our heavy BMW motorcycle - they insisted that we hop it over the curb and into the lobby, where it was parked in the corner for our two-day stay for security. Such service!

The buffet breakfast was very good. There was a nice assortment of breads, cereal, juice, hot items including scrambled eggs and bacon, and coffee/tea. If scrambled eggs aren’t your favorite, you could request an alternative.
I really liked the style of architecture which included beautiful woodwork and local/ancient customs. Hotel is in the heart of LaPaz, making it easy to enjoy and shop at local street vendors.
When I first arrived, I didn’t have hot water. I told the desk, and it a
Was immediately fixed.
Even though the May 1st celebration was going on all day while I was there, they put me on the back side of the hotel which allowed me to enjoy peacefully.

I would have liked the restaurant to serve dinner also, but the staff helped me get something to go.

The courtyard was pretty and the room was comfortable and clean.
For the price of the hotel I expected more. The light didn't work in the bathroom, breakfast was chaos and there was hair on the croissants. We did a laundry load there and some of our clothes came back ruined with chemical stains on them. When we came back to La Paz a week later we stayed in a boutique hostel just down the road for more than half the price which was just as nice in my opinion.

Great location and good breakfast. A breakfast box was provided on the day we left as we had an early flight out.
No hot water for first night and the morning after. They didnt tell us on checkin there was a problem they were trying to fix. We arrived late after two long days on the road and were keen for a hot shower. They also need to update their automated emails pre arrival. E.g we had one saying a tour left frim the front of the hotel every day at 2.30pm to see various highlights which sounded a great idea but when we asked about it the tour hasn't run since before the pandemic.

The hotel looked like an oasis comparing to the rest of the area
Is located very centrally next to the witches marker
Breakfast was ok and stuff was helpful.
The floor was very slippery we slipped multiple
times in our one night stay
Although centrally located the area around
is actually very dirty and noisy
I found it a little expensive considering the value for money

The staff here was excellent. They were very attentive for my short stay. Since I was leaving early morning for my flight I was going to miss breakfast. Without asking they offered me a bagged breakfast to take with me. They also provided me with a wake up call to ensure I did not over sleep. The building is beautiful and the rooms are clean and decorated with traditional Bolivian decor. Very lovely place to stay
