The staff was very friendly and there is a lot to do in the evening. Special thanks to Ale, Jonathan and Rob for making our stay so lovely!
Some of the private rooms are a little bit far away from the bathroom.

Excellent hostel, great value for money. We had a double room ensuite, it was a good size and clean. Highly recommend. You could buy breakfast for a good price and it included bottomless tea.

Super fun and social hostel, with plenty of common spaces and a great bar to meet other travellers. Rooms and bathrooms always clean, beds are private with a curtain and the staff are super helpful and friendly
Nothing :))

Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Toen ik terug kwam van de klim naar de Potosi berg, mocht ik douchen, terwijl ik al uitgecheckt was daarvoor. Bagage konden we ook daar laten. Personeel hielp je overal mee. Bedden met gordijntje waren top!

It's a fun and well-organized place to stay. Near to Plaza Murillo and to different kind of stores and restaurants.
Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time, especially my new Paceño friend Roberto. Amazing guy!
The bar will always have a different activity planned for each day of the week and will give some free shots. Closed at 1:30 am so we all can rest for our next day activities.
Good food, hot water 24h and make-up room.
Nothing!

Cleaned regularly (although this is needed given the amount of alcohol consumed by people who then end up being sick!)
Very comfy pod style beds that are a good size and I was in a room far enough away from the bar and restaurant that I couldn’t hear anything
Good food served in the restaurant
Lots of open space to relax / socialise
When I came to pay my tab before leaving one staff member accused me of purchasing food I hadn’t bought. Although he made it out to be a joke it came across as very accusatory. Make sure you ask to check your tab before paying!!
The showers weren’t great

Volunteers and Gaby are so nice in this hostel!

For my only solo travel night on a South American trip, I wanted an affordable spot in a good location with the opportunity to meet some people. I got that and more - the staff were so welcoming, and the people were kind and social. There are daily activities that make it easy to make friends. I especially liked the cocktail mixology class - taught by Rafa - which gave some history on Bolivia’s signature drink and created some fun conversations (and a free drink)! Shout out to Rafa.
This is definitely a party hostel - the party areas are farther from the rooms; so they can definitely be avoided.

En la habitación compartida hay cortinas en cada cama y se preserva bastante la intimidad. Los baños limpios a todas horas. El bar está siempre animado y es fácil conocer gente
Si vas en viernes o sábado la fiesta se oye en la habitación hasta las 02.00

Great vibe, good to meet people
Lock on door didn’t work and windows didn’t have a lock
Had to use my own lock on the window, if I didn’t anyone could have push it opened and come in the room
Paid for private room but No security

I really like the place. So far the best hostel I have ever been into from ambience to facilities. I will always say that the people behind a great hostel must be appreciated too. KUDOS to Alba! She's a great receptionist assisting everyone. She really knows and loves making the guests comfortable.
Also, a great bonus for me is that they have a dedicated co-working space for guy like me who's remotely working and traveling.
Absolutely nothing.

Social hostel
Check in was a bit rude and not very welcoming

Meet lots of other travellers here, bar was fun
The power plugs didn’t work in the room at all, the noise is terrible, not a good place for sleep

Good place to meet people, fun bar with great staff. Centrally located and perfect for exploring La Paz
There are no doors on the bathrooms so it's pretty cold when you get out of the shower (the water is nice and hot). The room was also freezing so needed extra blankets at night.

The bar had a great environment
it was very loud near my room

Very clean and plenty of showers etc. Good bar and the food there isn’t bad. Good atmosphere if you want to party - lots of gringos
Quite loud at night in rooms near the bar.

The hostal is one of the best I have stayed in south America, a variety of different nationalities, parties more or less every night but also lots of spaces to get away from the craziness if you need. The staff are also amazing especially Alba at reception was exceptionally helpful and able to deal with anything you need, Dani and Tara behind the bar, friendly and always willing to help also and lots and lots of fun! 😎
Not a lot

It is a very welcoming place! Great staff, party place, excellent for connecting with people and solo travellers. Beds are comfortable and shower warm/hot. Well cleaned!
Unisex bathroom, some people might not feel comfortable with it. The water in the shower sometimes drops to the cold 🥶.
Shared rooms have no keys.

good vibes, all the staff is very kind !
all showers on our side were in maintenance for more than 24h, impossible to get hot water too in 3 days…

very sociable, good bar and friendly staff. facilities modern and clean
food at the bar wasn’t great (I had the burger), location isn’t that great. think I may have got bed bugs from the bed

Great location, fun staff, great atmosphere in the bar with very fun evening events on. Nice big and comfy rooms
Only bad thing about Wild Rover is that there is no kitchen so you have to buy their food or eat out
4.1

The location is very central and they offer a lot of tourist Service.
In the description it said it is a dormitory bed, but I actually didn't expect to share the room with 19more people. Sharing with so many people means that someone is always awake and someone is always sleeping. This means that you will always speak quietly and very cautiously when you are awake, and always someone is talking while you sleep, which is not ideal. This is also not privat at all in this case. Not a problem for some, but for others this might be stressful, specially when you plan a week or more here.

Standard party hostel, loads of activities, parties, bar right next to your room, comfy beds. The bathroom during the day is surprisingly clean. Water is hot, and every bed has a little locker for charging phones.
It is a party hostel, so if you do not like loads of noise and smells during party nights, stay away.
