La privacidad y seguridad

Que te molesten todo el tiempo tratando de venderte tiempos compartidos y que aunque creas que ya pagaste toda la reserva al realizar check in pues resulta que no y a la hora de hacer check out te agregan cargos de limpieza, sanitizacion, impuestos, etc. Te piden deposito en garantía, ya paso una semana de realizar El check out y aun no me lo reembolsan

All the employees are wonderful to work with. The grounds are meticulously well kept.

Everything was amazing. Pools, amenities, and staff. Food was great at Maria’s we got breakfast buffet and everything was really good.

The pools need maintenance; the little tiles are falling off and it’s dangerous since it’s in the roof. The others need less maintenance. But for the same issue.

Beautiful place and if I go back I will probably stay here!

It was kept clean and the flowers were beautiful!

my only complaint is the food was bland. No flavor at all, but other than that it was wonderful.

It was a wonderful trip. The place was beautiful and worth every penny.

The place by the pool called Patio was the best food. The service was amazing. I would eat there everyday.

The food that was not traditional Mexican food. It wasn't bad, but I felt that some had to much salt and some were not cooked through. I just recommend a test run with the staff. I also recommend if for the spa, if you are doing a facial, it should be just facial for the whole time. Not the head.

service is terrible. don’t be fooled, service is suppose to be included in the ALL IN fee, but without paying extra you receive ZERO attention.

Superb

Close location to the airport. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room furniture old but rooms are very spacious. Plenty of of restaurants to chose from and very good. Everything was exceptional would definitely stay there again.

Would like to be able to access the sea from the hotel for a swim.

Nice stay over the New Years weekend.

Nice rooms, great pools and gorgeous views. We really liked the sister property, Vista Encantada, which is newer and adjoining. The rooftop pool and restaurants there are spectacular.

The rates were high due to the holidays, the floors needed cleaning and food at the New Year’s Eve buffet was not that good.

great pools, some decent food - including an excellent parfait at the juice bar.

it was our first time- if we went again we’d probably stay in San Jose rather than in the corridor. you’re in a resort/ behind a gate - we wanted to explore and they prohibit Ubers from picking you up at the lobby so it’s a bit awkward to get in and out of the hotel (there are taxis but that requires cash and is easily twice the price). we made it work (and you can take Ubers back to the hotel no problem).

safe place to stay but a little far from downtown

plenty of activities to do and nice hacienda style

room did not have heater and at nights it got a little cold and with kids it was a little uncomfortable plus one day the water would not get hot so we showered with cold water

Staff was very accommodating! Cheap to add all inclusive.

The Bar at the Family pool was closed on a Saturday. The Food was good, not excellent but good. Took forever once ordered at numerous restaurants.
