Room service on the first night wasn’t great.
We ordered food and a bottle of white wine.
The wine was room temperature and no corkscrew.
They charged us the service fee twice .once for the wine and again for the food even though it was brought together.

We were able to watch whales from our room and on the beach. The food selections were great at the two Restaurants that we ate at.
The cook top would turn on then off after few seconds. I put pan with water on and it never did work.

super clean. most of the staff were super nice. events during the day and the Tuesday night festival were fun. food was excellent. shuttle to the other property great.
non stop barrage to attend the time share session. nothing to do after six unless you book one of the expensive restaurants. restaurants very expensive but good.

Rooms were spacious .
Extremely overpriced food and drinks. Charging for renting a crappy SUP Board on a little lagoon and charging for bubblewrapping a little toy was outrageous. It’s basically a timeshare property.
Isolated location. Food was average at best and way too expensive. Fortunately we had a rental car and could go into Cabo San Lucas to get better meals for half the price.

Our server at dinner, Antonio, was wonderful! Great suggestions, exceptional service. Marciela is a fabulous masseuse.
We loved our room; the service; the food; and, of course the totally awesome sunsets!
We had a meal plan and when we checked out (which took 5 minutes) they told us we’d have to pay for a sandwich in the deli because our meal plan ended 5 minutes ago. Not really a big deal, but left a sour note at the end of an otherwise fabulous stay.

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the staff and the facilities were exceptional and meals plan is a game changer, cause you can order anything you want from food to beverages, the room that we got also have a kitchen if you want to cook
Hotel doesn't have a bar or somewhere to go at night, they will stop on serving food and beverages by 10:00pm so you will have to order before.

The property is pretty secluded and quiet. I loved how many hottubs there were, there was always one available. The sand dunes on the beach are amazing! The room with the kitchen was awesome! next time I’ll bring more groceries with me.
The property is big and as many different levels so expect to walk up ramps and use stairs or elevators. Really not a problem. There is still construction around but you never notice it.

Everything.
Concerned the resort could get to big. We like more intimate places.

Loved it. Amazing!!!!
A little too far from downtown Cabo but other than that, straight up awesome

Although the facilities and staff was wonderful, it is very far away from the hotel zone and center. Also it’s windy all day long. So Pool activities and any activity at all can be turned off or a bummer due to how cold it can get due to the wind.
Location and climate

It’s a beautiful location and a lot to offer
The our whole stay was surrounded by screaming disobedient children! We specifically asked for a room away from children they gave us a room right above a jungle gym and kid pool.. why do you not listen?

The breakfast at Anica's Restaurant was fantastic! Even though the "included breakfast" was officially a "continental breakfast" we were able to talk with management, who were hospitable, and agreed to allow us to pay the $3 difference and get a "full American Breakfast" (pictured) They even gave us Machaca with eggs breakfast for the same deal. Other foods at their other places was also great. Staff were delightful, especially Aquilles, Manne, and Rafa (Bellmen at the Lobby entrance.) The resort was VERY Covid-19 responsible and required the same from clientele, as was every place we went in Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. Very safe in the area and on top of it. Resort facilities were awesome, family friendly, with activities for all, sister resort (Grand Solmar Lands End) was included in usage, also a beautiful resort to visit but closer to Cabo central and more people. Rancho San Lucas was a little distance from central Cabo, located by itself which was REALLY nice for the seclusion. Pacific breezes kept each day pleasant for most of the stay and also kept bugs at bay, i.e. mosquitoes and flies.
Disappointed that the daily breakfast that was included in our booking contract was "continental" which SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED BY Booking.Com. "Breakfast Included" for most people who travel means "full breakfast" and "Continental breakfast" means coffee, juice, cereal, and fruit. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM for the misrepresentation or disillusion. For the price we paid a full breakfast should have been included.

Absolutely beautiful! Spa was amazing and the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool was lovely and there was a great area for kids. Highly recommend!! Karaoke night was really fun, also.
