Siamo andati a Lisbona con i nostri bambini di tre anni e sei mesi. Sofia è stata da subito molto gentile mettendoci a disposizione una culla per la bambina e lenzuola per il divano letto per il bambino. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario ed è davvero molto accogliente. all’uscita è presente anche un supermercato per comprare il necessario. Se dovessimo tornare a Lisbona lo sceglierei nuovamente.

Impossible de bien dormir

La localisation du logement est top

L’appartement n’est pas isolé et c’est un plancher en bois au dessus de nous. Nous avons entendu tout des voisins d’en haut (pas, toilettes, douche) impossible de dormir correctement. En plus notre toilette avait une fuite du coup il se remplissait toutes les 5 minutes en faisant un bruit fort à cause d’un joint fatigué

Special place to stay

Small appartment in a nice area with restaurants close by. Well equipped, renovated old houses with a charming atmosphere. Houses secured by a coded gate. Sunny in the morning and evening. Good choice to stay if you look for "off the beaten path". Supermarket and small fruit stores also close.

Communication a bit too much for my taste. Good intentions, but annoying frequency. Description on booking.com needs update. Both size of the appartment and the check-in/out times are not correct.

Dissapointing, but great location.

The person who checked us in (Andre) was very friendly. He showed around the apartment and answered all questions. We were also given a very tasty snack after arrival 😊. Moreover, he was really responsive, quickly answered any other questions about the stuff at the flat. Location was also great.

We were a group of 4 staying in the apartment. I'd say, the apartment is too small for 4 people. It was very little space for the table, the sofa-bed would block the way to the terrace, the "living room" had a some kind of metal rack that was put in front of the double bed, making it very difficult to sit by the table for all 4 persons. There was no kettle to boil water, the bathroom is squished as well, no room to put the toileteries, shampoos, etc. we had to live out of the suitcases, literally. The sink in the bathroom as also very very small, almost impossible to wash the face or hands. The bathroom did not have a lock. The floor in one of the rooms was damaged, it would sink in alot when you step on it. One of the rooms did not have a overhead lamp, only a small one by the bed, making the room super dark . One room had a closet, which would get blocked by the sofa-bed, the other room had no closet, and only one small, unstuddy table on one side of the bed. On the other side, the floor was the table 😄 One bed was ready for sleeping - the other one - we had to put the covers ourselves. The terrace also had only two chairs. It didn't seem right for a group of 4. We also noticed that the air in the apartment was very humid and cold, and although there was an AC to turn on the heat, it didn't seem like it would do anything, even if it was turned on for the whole day. We also found some "bugs" on the ground, which I think is maybe normal (?) since the apartment is on the ground floor? Not sure how it is normal in Portugal 😄 The main thing we didn't like the most was the dirty plates and glasses. Apartment had a dishwasher, however, when we checked in, most of the plates had oil on them. For this reason, we had to start washing them by hand, and only then use them. Also, not sure if this is normal, but we were surprised that we were asked to throw our trash bags ourselves.

Apartamento bonito y perfecto para pasar unas agradables vacaciones.

El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene de todo para pasar una buena estancia, aire acondicionado, edredón, toallas, utensilios de cocina, secador de pelo plancha de la ropa ect. Buena comunicación con el transporte público tanto el mítico tranvía 28 como en bus. Sofía la dueña es muy atenta y aunque no la conocimos en persona se preocupó mucho de que estuviéramos agusto.Sin duda lo recomiendo !

Lo único que no nos gustó es la hora del check in que es muy tarde a las 16h de la tarde y si llegas más pronto tienes que hacer tiempo hasta la entrada al apartamento con las maletas y es muy incómodo. Si cambiasen la hora de entrada la verdad sería perfecto porque por lo demás es súper recomendable.

Nice and cozy

Very nice area, Auchan 20 meters, restaurant right before the entrance, 30 min on foot till the city center if u Like to walk or 11 min on foot till the metro station. U have a fully equiped kitchen with oven, pans etc and even Olive oil and salt, pepper.

Good value for money but some small improvements could be done.

The apartment is located in a nice area with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Collecting the keys in person decreased the flexibility of the arrival time. It was also challenging to accommodate four people in such a small space.

Extremely clean and modern stay ... will stay again if we are in the area.

- Very accommodating because we arrived at location early and was able to stay in the room. - Water pressure for the shower was great - The apartment is very clean and modern - The owner is very on top of the situation I.e. there was a broken tile which created a hole in the bathroom ground, they came right away to fix the problem. - Air conditioning is great - The internet signal was awesome very strong in all the rooms - There were restaurants in walking distance to this location.

Location - we walked to the city center with kids, it's really close Cozy small apartment - new equipments, incl. fully equipted kitchen Comfortable bed and sofa - we slept there 2 adults and 2 kids Cheap and tasty restaurants in the neighborhood Safety - private gate/entrance to the villa with the security code AC - both rooms have a sepative AC

A little bit noisy - we woke up during the night because of noisy neighbors and car alarm Parking at the street - is really chalange to find a place to parking and also there is not free parking and you have to pay per hour

The location is great, appartment super clean, the host super nice and Julian gave us al lot of information about restaurant, supermarkt and transport.

Charming appartment in Graca!

The location was perfect, not far from the city center, supermakets or anything else you might need! But of course it involves a stroll, and if you love walking around discovering Lisbons narrow streets, this is the place to stay! The appartment is not very big, but we were a family of 4 and it was enough! I enjoyed the tiny terrace even if the view is of the white beatiful building azulejos:)!

Maybe it just needs a few more cleaning cloths and some kitchen accessories for those who plan to use the kitchen more, like we did:)! But we managed even so:)

The host is available and comunicative, making confortable our holidays. Quiet Context. Apartment close to one of the stops of the Tram 28. kitchen provided with all the needed, market very close.

The apartment was not clean and too Little for 4 people. The main door is like an internal door: rumors and light get through It. Pillows were too High and Little (typical of sofà, not to sleep)

The place felt safe and quiet. There were so many grocery stores and bakeries along the street. It was actually next to a convenient store where you can get food and essentials. There is a stair across which will lead you to different bus/tram lines,including Tram 28, for just a short walk. Very convenient. The hosts were very nice as well. The facility was clean. I recommend this place.

I liked the fact that it was a cozy place to stay in. For two people was the perfect aparment.

We found it difficult to feel warm in the aparment. In addition, the sink of the toilet was too small.

Perfect peaceful apartment for a short break

Fantastic location close to metro, tram 28 & several bus routes, and only a short walk to Castle & other sights, yet very quiet. Easy checkin. Apartment had everything we needed.
