Perfect stay

We loved the terrace and the view of the ocean from our terrace. Breathtaking sunsets in the evening and surfers during the morning. You could hear the waves from the bed. The room had plenty of space and a cosy design. We loved it!

Beautiful spot in a lovely town, brings a moment of peace and beauty to your life.

excellent location!!! Room w/balcony overlooking the sea— gorgeous and comfortable. every day was a new adventure— plenty of walks to different places overlooking the ocean. many wonderful restaurants. highly recommend the Blue Buddha for your stay in Ereceira.

The position was extraordinary. We saw the sunset directly from our room. The room was clean and good looking.

A serene and luxurious view of the ocean and town full of tasty experiences helped us to relax and recover.

we loved the view and the clean room. The room is all white and the ocean provides a perfect focal point. all what you need to relax and recover from the busy life. it was clean and in the great area -near to all restaurants and view points.

as a hint, we would appreciate a towel dryer and a garbage bin in the room

Superb

Fabulously clean, bright, spacious and thoughtfully furnished room (but not over-decorated). Easy check-in and code lock system, so no door key/card to fiddle with or misplace! Very responsive staff on the other end of a WhatsApp message. Strong WiFi. Room service on site staff are also helpful and professional. The floor-ceiling windows & door onto the broad balcony, with comfy seating and an endless sea view is definitely the main asset Blue Buddha. It's very much worth it just for that blue horizon!

Not much not to like! Only things missing are an iron or kettle, a small fridge (which would be really useful), and in Room 5 there is no shower head holder on the wall, so you have to shower with one hand...

Beautiful and soothing ocean view

The room had the most amazing view. Sleeping with the sound of the waves hitting shore is the most amazing feeling. Very central, easy access by car, big parking lot where you could park your car for free. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which is amazing. Good tips from the hosts. Easy check in process. All in all I couldn’t recommend it more!

Honestly I don’t have anything bad to say. The only thing that would be nice is if you could hang the shower head, but not a big deal honestly.

Cozy atmosphere, great location with stunning ocean view, outstandingly clean, wonderful staff providing excellent tips for places to go and things to do. Will definitely come back!

Nice view but a couple of things to improve

- easy check-in and check-out - definitely the beautiful view - the kindness of the owner and the informations we got about the surroundings - when the sun shines the room gets bright - she accepted to keep our luggage after the Check-out, thank you again :)

- very noisy, no soundproof, the entry door is really loud - very few storage possibilities for the clothes and luggage - nothing to hang the wet clothes or the towels which could only get changed for 5 euros per towel - mattresses not too comfortable, you can feel the springs... - shared balcony and bathroom, not too much privacy. I'm not sure anymore if this was specified in the description (for the balcony)

Superb

We booked last minute and there was an issue that they had double booked the room so I think we were given an upgraded room which was really lovely and spacious. The doors open right out onto the view of the beach and the minimalist decor was really nice. The bathroom was small but perfectly equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The pin system for getting in and out made it really easy to access the property and was a relief not to worry about losing keys.
