Notre chambre était super, très grande (Venus), avec le coin extérieur et la piscine, super! Des fleurs de frangipanier partout, on adore!!

Le seul hic était la climatisation, la chambre étant tellement grande la vieille clim avait du mal à la rafraîchir.

Beautiful resort and convenient location but beware of the fireworks!

Overall this is a beautiful stay. Our pool villa was beautiful and relaxing and private, with a comfy bed, great bathroom, clean pool, small fridge, and most amenities.

We complained that we were there BEFORE new years eve (late December), and every night there were fireworks that started as early as 9 p.m. and went to 4 a.m. on some nights. This was every night for our 9-night stay, and therefore ruined our sleep. We complained to the front desk and they were very apologetic, saying that it was related to a) the local beach clubs or b) someone nearby who liked to light firecrackers. Because of this and because it was NOT new year's eve, we would sadly not stay again as we value a good night sleep.

It was ok but we would not go back

The staff were always more than helpful, the communal areas around the villas were cleaned almost hourly. All staff were courteous.

The Villa itself was not as clean as we would have liked, We had to request for the TV to be cleaned and clean towels on arrival. There were no directions on how to use the safe. The overall Villa needed an update as parts were damaged, for instance vanity unit when you opened had laminate missing on bottom. Back wall of Pool needed a coat of pain, tiles cracked on floor.

A beautiful villa resort with great staff, will definitely return.

Service was great, extremely friendly staff who were very helpful and on hand for any issues or transportation. Beautiful private villas, and in a great location walking down to the beach to connect with rest of Canggu.

Our room didn't have the pool lounge as advertised but hotel explained why and it wasn't really an issue for us.

Tired villas that have seen better days !

The staff were really warm and friendly. Walking to the beach was easy and there were many good coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

This was probably a 5 star complex 10 years ago. Now it’s very tired - the kitchen area was very dated, the sofas had holes in them and looked dirty, floor tiles were old fashioned, the walls around the deck and pool area were mouldy and needed a good layer of paint. The villa needs a complete overhaul. The breakfast menu was also disappointing with terrible coffee. Way too expensive for what it is. Thank goodness the staff were so nice.

Group stay

Staff were welcoming, villa was spotless and private pool was nice and cool and clean, quiet area. Single room villas are a bit of a walk down.the back, if you are in a group all book the same type. double room villas are near the front.

Lovely staff but villa needs to have furniture , fixtures and fitting update.

the staff were very friendly. was quiet - off the busy street. nice gardens.

The villa needed lots of maintenance and Furniture updated . The deck had loose / rotten boards, fridge rusted. I booked this property as it looked like it had a nice wooden bath. i was disappointed because it leaked and looked dirty, it had loads of silicone inside the bath ( trying to stop the leak). There was also the smell of gas in the kitchen when I checked the gas bottle it was very old and rusted. I asked staff to remove it.

Oasis in Canggu

Lalasa villas is a beautiful oasis to relax in. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

A welcome escape

We were thrilled by the privacy the villa provided, allowing us to unwind in tranquility in our private pool. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay and very helpful when needed. Plus, the villa's ideal location let us explore the best of Canggu, from its stunning beaches to delightful restaurants and shops.

the pool in our villa didn’t get very much sun so was a little cool (it was June) otherwise everything about our villa was fantastic. loved the outdoor shower & also wooden bathtub

For what you get is too expensive. Even though the villas are beautiful. But the service not so much.

The rooms and it's design is beautiful. The staff is friendly.

The pool in the room is too cold. And the rooms are not as clean. The staff is friendly but super slow. If you order the breakfast, they will bring it half an hour late. And their English is bad. I booked the floating breakfast 2 days before because they said it is available and one day before the floating breakfast I asked to check and make sure that we're having the floating breakfast the next morning and the say it isn't available even though I already booked it 2 days before. The staff needs to learn how to properly speak English, because I don't understant them. The food portions are too small. And the breakfast is also too small. The location is not ideal. The villa we had had zero sunlight so that is a major minus if you want to suntan because you won't get any sun. The pool in the villa should be cleaned more often.

Very secluded and private mini villa, would recommend.

Amazing property with a private pool. It was very secluded and the staff were on hand to help at all times!

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, I don’t know how they got in there but we got bit a fair amount. The air con only seemed to have one setting too.

Enjoyable.

Nice quiet location, short walk to some local shops ,bars and restaurant's. The Blue Tomato across the road has an upstairs bar which has nice easy laid back live acoustic music most nights.

A villa located down the end would be a long walk to the road. Upstairs room was not really that large and didn't have a bath.

loved it! would stay again

pool was great and big. rooms were clean and spacious. room service was good. there is a bigger pool for everyone that you can use. we just used the villa pool as it was nice. location was very good lots of shops/restaurants/bars around.

breakfast wasn’t the best but it was okay. only a couple of tv channels in English. but none of this impacted our stay and we would 100% stay again.

The location is great! Near to the heart of canggu with great food places nearby. property is clean. the room is well sealed hence even tho its a villa, you dont have to be worried about bugs. Staff was helpful in booking us a driver and fast boat to nusa penida

Not a lot. The villa was filthy.

The villa was filthy dirty. There was blood stains on the throw pillows, the deck was warped and rotting, there were nails coming out of the deck, the walls were filthy, the towels were old and dirty, there was no microwave like advertised, no lounge sofa. We booked for 6 only to find out that we then had to pay for a extra bed. Even though it fits 6 as advertised. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom look to the pool was broken, the door to the shower was removed and not replaced. Terrible value for money. Super dissatisfied and disappointing.
