The outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful city views at night, as well as amenities that make this hotel suitable for families. Also, this hotel is connected to a mall, so that making it easier when you want to find food or other needs.

Check-in process. We understand that special room requests are subject to availability, but we have reconfirmed beforehand, and have noted. Even though in the end we got the rooms according to our special request, but before, the check-in staff said that all the rooms were full, until finally we showed that our special request had been noted by the hotel. In the future, we hope that special requests from guests will be given more attention. Because guests ask for a special room, of course to suits their needs and to make it more comfortable during their stay.

A Great Hotel that is fading away.

We stayed here before. The reason we came back is due to the location (very convenient), the hotel is basically connected with the mall. There is everything inside from groceries, restaurants to a hardware store. The hotel staff is kind & help full. It has a very nice breakfast ( everyday different main dishes), bed is decent, shower has great water pressure. Room size is comfy even with 2 people inside. Overall a solid 7.

Ok now I will explain the reason why we rate it 7. (Remember this is the experience we had in this particular room, most likely it will differ from other rooms.)>> The door/key lock mechanism was a pain in the butt, it won't release the lock when you insert the key in the first attempt, we had to in-out the key like 10x every single time we want to enter the room. The fridge in the room was not working we had to wait until the next day in order to have someone check /swap the mini fridge. And the room itself was kind of run down.

Hotel connecting to the mall, easy to find food and grocery.

The breakfast just so-so. Food hygiene need to improve, found "little thing" on my daughter's noodles. Hotel security seems too loose. Many access for public, no need room key to use lift to the room.

The first time stayed in Harris Hotel n sorry to say I will not come back again....

none I think I choosen a wrong hotel

the bathroom is too small n since I checked in til I checked out theres a 3 pieces hair on bathrooms wall near toilet (wondering, r they cleaning it daily or not???) The bedroom sheets not clean n have some brown dot on it, my bedroom sheet still dirty after make up room so I asked the staff to cleaning again n changed my bedroom sheets. The varian of menu is too a little for 4 stars hotel n tasteless for me. the location is quite far from the city centre....overall.....its wasnt my expectation.....

Location and size of the room

Mold in the bathroom. Plus a lot of hair in the shower. Please clean up the bathroom before checking in. Or even better, renovate it. - for our welcoming we got 2 bottles of water, 2 creamer and 1 bag of tea. I think there was missing something. -outside of booking.com I would've get the room for half of the price. Thank you booking.com

Not far from the airport, same building with the mall, very convenience

bathroom bit to small but its ok, when many events on the day, too crowd too many people even-tough just to get in the lift.

The room has typical Harris style. Bright, efficient layout and comfy bed.. This hotel is attached to shopping mall. Super convenient to get some food.

I get used to stay in Harris Jakarta during weekday and they're very famous with sausages, cheese platter and beef bacon. Ungortunately the breakfast during weekend is a bit dissapointing. Fresh juice is great. But other menu taste so so. We checked in at 4pm. But 1 room still not ready :-(

One of the best hotel to stay in Bandung

The Location is super convenience, its basically in the Mall. The Hotel itself is also very comfortable, easy to enter and exit ( also via the basement parking), The staff in general were nice, breakfast was super good and the room we stayed in was clean but there were some signs of wear n tear in the room. So I give this Hotel a solid 8.8
