We stayed here for 4 days and we did enjoy our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and are so quick to organise bikes/taxis when you need. The room itself is a little outdated but does the job. The shower pressure was awful and there was two lizards in our room but that’s what’s expected when staying in a room like that near the beach.
Water pressure was not good.

Beautiful pool, right on the beach. Good air conditioning. Nice food and staff.

I enjoyed my stay . The bungalow was very good . The aircon was ok. Bed is a little hard but that's good for my back. . The restaurant was good . Loved the lemon mint shake
The water pressure in the bathroom was weak . But I suppose that's to be expected on an island

Nice location, away from the busy road. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, while being right on the beach. Beach not the best for swimming as very shallow, but good for a dip to cool down and good for kitesurfing. We stayed in a room in the main house, and had a great sea view from our terrace. Nice pool area.
The whole place is quite run-down. The mattress in our room was incredibly uncomfortable, as we could feel all the springs sticking into our bones, woke up with aches and pain all over. It was very old, at least 20 years! We complained, and they suggested to put mattresses from the sun bed on top of it (with a plastic cover)! As we were staying for 10 days that was not acceptable. In the end they brought a new mattress. The new mattress was quite hard, but much better that the torture - springs. The bathroom is very old, and the shower head could not be attached to the wall while showering. We complained about this too, and they fixed the holder on the wall. We were happy they could fix these problems, however the standard of the place does not justify the price. While showering there is water all over the floor.
They only came to clean the room when we asked them to.
There was a blood stain on the bath mat.
There were stains on the bed sheets.
The closet provided was very dusty, we had to clean it before putting our clothes in it. The floor under the bed was also extremely dusty.
The light bulbs were very bright and uncomfortable for the eyes, also in the restaurant in the evening. The restaurant is not a cozy place to sit in the evening due to the building-site lights, and the food is just average. Recommend to go elsewhere to eat, but it is OK for breakfast.
There was a fridge in the room which was very noisy. It was empty, but with house rules saying to not put anything into the fridge as it is a minibar! Maybe time to update their house rules...
In addition to these problems, I'm sorry to say that the staff were not particularly friendly.
In the reception there was water dripping from the ceiling during our entire stay
The sunbeds were quite rusty and could do with an upgrade.
We did not try the pool, but it looked OK.
For us the stay was OK, but we felt like it was not worth the price, as it was quite expensive for Thailand.

Close to a beach, wonderful sunset view, lovely stuff, food and beverage are not that expensive, not so far from 7/11 and big c and you can ask a stuff to call a taxi to pick you up at a resort.
A trail from the main road to this resort is not really good and the pool is not that clean

The view from the hotel overlooking the beach was nice but we did not get to enjoy it due the weather.
The villa is off the main road so you have to walk to the accomodation when taking public transport. Also the bathroom were very dated with loose taps.

+ Work-friendly terrace near the reception with a great view
+ Little hut with mattresses where you can chill or workout
+ The older lady from the reception was extremely nice
- Flush in the toilet works horribly bad
- One of the younger receptionist wasn't very nice
- Room service isn't available daily
- Toilets weren't cleaned by the room service
- Doors weren't closing properly and required a lot of strength to close and open making a lot of noise

would love to live in there, so peaceful and staff so friendly , there few things than maybe some people cannot like it , like shower pressure , but come on ! for this price is more than acceptable! having a beer in front of the sea, enjoying a tasty breackfast watching the sea it’s more than beautiful. they also helped to rent a bike and getting a taxi to the port. definitely we are go back soon

great location, super friendly staff and the room was a good size
my room wasn’t cleaned once throughout my stay, despite asking. no hand soap in the bathroom. racist figurines opposite reception. a long poorly lit walk to the hotel that feels unsafe if you’re walking alone at night

Great location, nice staff and comfy accomodation for an amazing price. Swimming pool, sea views and on site restaurant were a big plus. Would definitely go back!

Excellent location a short drive from the ferry terminal and backing straight onto the beach. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the local area. The staff were incredibly helpful and organised scooter rental and a taxi to our return ferry at reasonable prices. The restaurant on site has a large choice of Thai and western dishes.
The shower in our room was not the best in terms of water pressure

Problems with flushing toilet. Taps of bathtub was rusted and did not work. Lane leading to the hotel was with many potholes with water inside.
Check all rooms before client arrives. Repair taps, flushing toilets and other minor items.

Great facilities with pool, sun beds, restaurant,
free water station to refill your bottles, parking.
Nice large room with bathroom.
The bathroom and room was a bit outdated but still worth the price.

The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to help. Although it is a bit of a walk to anything it is right next to the beach and the swimming pool is great. The food is slightly more expensive than usual but this is to be expected and it was really nice. We hired mopeds which they organised for us. This meant that we could easily ride to lots of other beaches and get a really good experience of the island.
The first triple room we had was on the corner and had the most amazing view however, the shower plumbing was interestingg and if anyone was in the sea they could get a lovely view of you getting out of the shower. Our 5 year old daughter was sleeping in the single bed and I woke up to find her bed and her covered in ants. We moved the bed away from the wall which reduced the number but they were still coming in. Thankfully we moved to the room next door after 3 days and this was much more pleasant.
