Lovely views, lovely pool and great food on the restaurant! Staff exceptional
Cushions on beds around pool and in the swim up pools were smelly and mouldy. Pool bar shut too early and Friday nights are so noisey from the rave at the resort next door which went on until 6am! Maybe supply some ear plugs!

Room and bathroom very good size. We had the best massage at Pharaoh Spa. The location was not great as inland from main road and 2km of dirt road to get to hotel. Could not walk to main road or streets. No beach as well so cannot walk as water comes upto the wall of hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and the pizza was good.
Location was not good. No beach access or street access as have to walk 2km or call Taxi

Great quiet location. Extremely big rooms. The breakfast is in the Chardonnay restaurant, great start of the day
The location is nicely at the beach, not that much within walking distance though.

The staff and location are fantastic

breakfast, front-office team/reception was very helpful with motorbike rental etc.
bumpy road leading to the hotel; room was not fully cleaned, when we arrived; lots of trainees/young staff at the restaurant, who couldn't understand english so well

Very stylish from reception to beach otherwise a disaster
Dirt track approach to hotel and no access to beach. No sunshades at the few sunbeds provided. Although the staff were friendly and helpful mostly did not have basic communication skills needed in a resort. Notice on reception stating that 3%extra would apply to credit card payments.TV did not work and staff sent to sort it out could not do so.

Nice place to stay with beautiful landscape
Have issue with next villa guests check-in... Loud and annoying party, but resort solves this for us with good benefits 😁. Thank you 🙏

Vind het geen 4 sterren waardig sorry.
I thought I had booked a nice and good hotel for a week with this 4 star hotel.
Only the 2nd night we thought there were mosquitoes in the room because we kept getting stung. To our surprise, the bed was covered with red ants that kept biting us. The 3rd day the air conditioning broke so that we had no air conditioning at night. So after not having slept for 2 nights we were offered a spa voucher pffffff i do not recomend this hotel. The staff is very helpful even 1am at night to help remove the ants. The manager is of no use to you. The road to the hotel is also a hel. Look at the picture's about the RED ANTS

The rooms are large and clean with a really good bed.
The swimming pool is large and pretty. There are many sun beds at the pool. The breakfast is with a view on the sea, it is delicious and you have a lot of choice.
Everything is extremely expensive in the resort (mini bar, pool bar, restaurant,…). Prepare for prices of food and drinks which are times 3 compared to restaurants or shops outside the complex. E.g. a simple can of Coca Cola costs already 80 baht!
We had some unpleasant experiences during our stay: e.g they promise pool towels at the pool - there were no pool towels available and we had to wait and argue until new towels were available… During our check-out they tried to let us pay for additional super expensive items from the mini bar, which we did obviously not used. You pay quite a generous amount for the resort compared to Thai standards, but the service is not really accordingly.
The beach is very small at the hotel, so if you like to lay on the beach instead of at the swimming pool, this resort is probably not the best option.

The rooms were big and bright. Loved the couch and the big shower room. Beautiful breakfast view. We could walk into town which was really nice. Did not use the Pool but looked child friendly.
I missed a smile or greeting from the staff. They looked tired and ignored greetings. Breakfast was also a lot of work for the People that worked there. So they were not patient and did not seem to be in a good mood. Overal atmosphere could be improved.

Nice pool
located close to the market and busy area
Family atmosphere.
Restaurant was actually pretty good.
Pool staff were great and prompt, always smiling.
Road to hotel is a dirt road with many holes. Get a scooter.
Mosquitos and centipedes, found 2 this morning in my bathroom. Always kept front door closed.
Staff was supposed to book me my trip to ko tao but apparently the lady said i didn't talk to anyone? Kept insisting the i didnt talk to her or the other lady, So i guess i must be hallucinating, then got all defensive when i said its rude to imply that im lying. Luckly the manager was there and he defused the situation, I would stay there again for him very professional. All in all half ruined my anniversary day.

Only the pool ... We are traveling in thailand for a month and this resort was our worst.
Uncomfortable beds, shortage in service crew ...waiting for an hour to breakfast... No beach that you can swim in. Bad location. We asked for towels at the pool and the answer was finished...
I have so many more but rather save it for the resort to try improve themself

the size of the room was nice, the staff was nice
hmm where to start…
sheets felt unclean, there were at least 5 different centipedes walking
around in our room during our stay.
they cleaned our rooms once, and that was after we asked them to
- in a 4 nights stay.
took more than an hour to get clean towels, and at
some point they claimed they “ran out” - if you don’t
clean our room and replace towels what are we
supposed to do?
there is no way to walk out of the hotel by foot if you
have kids - there is a long dirt muddy road leading up
to the hotel - so every small walk outside required
a taxi.
there was 0 shade near the pool - the floor is lava, literally.

Restaurant was very nicely maintained and staffs were very polite.

The place was beautiful. The resort is quite big. The pool is stunning, probably one of the best even. The restaurant served really good food. The rooms were quite pretty.
We were very impressed with how the resort looked but thins started getting bad after a few hours. I laid on the bed and felt something biting. Immediately got up to notice a few red ants. The moment i removed the pillow and comforter, there were at least 15-20 red ants all over the place. Informed the reception, the housekeeping came and just changed the bed sheets, there were no actions taken to make sure no ants appear again. The insects, pests, big bugs, there were many such things in our balcony and even room in the 2 days stay but we adjusted because we understood that the resort was surrounded by trees and this was normal. But our checkout experience was worse. Since we were there during full moon, we were informed that if we stain the towels or sheets with body paint, we'd have to pay a fine, hence, we didn't put any paint on us in the party and were extra careful. But one of my friend had to pay a fine of 250 baht (this too after much negotiation), only because the towel had a bit of foundation stain, from when she removed her makeup NOT PAINT (foundation stains get off towels easily, I have cleaned some myself). My husband and I were stopped at checkout because the housekeeping couldn't find the slippers in the room (slippers which are mostly complimentary in all the hotels we have stayed in so far). There were no prior notice of the slippers not being complimentary. But anyway, we returned the slippers immediately. Worst was, for breakfast, my friend paid in cash (didn't put it on the room tab), we all saw her paying. The restaurant didn't provide any receipt to my friend (they don't provide receipts for any meals idk why). But while checking out, she was asked to pay again for the meal she had once paid for already. We tried refuting and explained how she paid it once already but the staff wasn't taking it so my friend paid again just to end the matter.

Resort is stunning. Rooms are very big. Furnishings all beautiful.
Was bit of a trek to any other bars or restaurants. You have to walk up a sandy track to get to the main road and as we had a lot of rain it was flooded. Great resort maybe just not suited to us.
