Excellent accommodation in Coolangatta.

Excellent accommodation. Fantastic staff. Rooms were clean . There was plenty of free parking. The location is convenient to visit Byron Bay, Surfer's Paradise and Mount Tamborine. Twin Towns casino ,bar, and other entertainment located in the complex. Breakfast was fantastic. Great facilities... swimming pool , spa , tennis courts, and gym. We highly recommend this venue.

It was fantastic. Great view. Very clean and good quality.

The view. The box of variety teas.

Not all the plugs worked. To plug in our devices to top up we found it difficult to find a plug that worked. We unplugged the Lamp and used that socket because the lamps worked

Beautiful apartment with amazing views..! 10/10

Wow..! What a beautiful apartment with amazing ‘360 degree views..! Great facilities and close to restaurants. Staff were helpful and lovely. Very comfortable..! We loved it..!

Block out curtains would have been nice. Lounge was comfortable but a little bit small for our liking.. but we’re not complaining as everything else was amazing..! 🥰

Love the location and facilities.

Room was very comfortable but overpriced at this time of year.

Price was doubled due to Cooly Rocks on event. Twin Towns club no longer caters for rock and rollers at this time.

Very excellent!!!

Location was super excellent. The view was stunning. It was my Son's birthday, and the beautiful staff had put ballons and chocolates for him, a delightful surprise, and very thoughtful!!! They went above and beyond for him. We loved it!!! Thanks so much, our deep appreciation to the staff!!!

Whilst the room was very good, clean, and looked after, perhaps an update would be a good idea and suitable since there's the new, two towers across the road and more new construction happening.

A fabulous stay with a gorgeous room and view.

Location, amenities and layout of room. Housekeeping do an amazing job tidying up every day.

No indoor spa for when raining.

Excellent Venue to stay 5 stars.....Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location. Staff were fantastic. Service was excellent. We stayed at the penthouse on the 12th floor. Excellent views and facilities at this apartment. Casino and live band playing at night . Pokies for people who love to spend there time in the hotel. Good bars and restaurants within the complex. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and mini golf were fantastic options. We visited Kingscliff and Byron Bay which is not to far if you have a car to drive there.

Very Happy Easter Weekend at the Fab Mantra

Everything was so easy and relaxed right from checkin to checkout. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Plenty of car parks and so close to lifts.

Won’t stay here again

Reasonably close to beach and restaurants etc

Room was very small/cramped. Tiny shower, door didn’t close properly and water went everywhere. Garbage collection at 6.15am was not the ideal start to the day. Guests next door could be clearly heard via the shared entry point. Very disappointing stay, significantly overpriced. Lobby desk was never manned.

Bad

Heating function on our air conditioner did not work. Raised this with front desk and was told it would get fixed before our second night. Never got fixed. Beds had no blankets. Froze our buts off both nights.

Great position for Twin Towers

Rooms are well fitted out and comfortable. Quite a bit of recent refurbishment

Check in (joint with Sebel) is a bit confusing and can be chaotic.

Room 338: Our shower base pooled and flooded out onto the bathroom floor with every shower making the bathroom floor a slip hazard.
