It was comfortable and spacious.

The location was so good, close to everything, beach, shops, cafes and buses

The temperature of the showers was a bit on the low side, we only used the hot tap and that was only just warm enough.

Toilet seat broken dishwasher broken No bedding, only a sheet Not enough towels supplied for occupants Not enough toilet paper for occupants Made paid a security bond and they charged an additional fee for Visa card, but I didn’t use a Visa card I used a debit card and they didn’t return fee $5.

Has potential

Bella Mare apartments is in an amazing location. We stayed here for 3nights on short notice and the staff were very helpful and accommodating at checkin. Amenities were 6/10 but I guess depends on the traveller and what they are used to.

The wifi pretty much didn’t work for the remaining 2nights of our stay but I guess that’s 1st world problems. We were on the ground floor and have to say I didn’t feel very secure as our patio pretty much opened up on to the street. I was a little disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. We pretty much cleaned and wiped all surfaces on our first night as the floors felt dirty and didn’t think that it had been cleaned. On our 2nd night I thought to load up the dishwasher and was surprised with dirty dishes that probably had been in there for a week.

Awful - would not recommend.

Just across from the beach and SLSC. Great location.

Property was dirty, especially the kitchen and bathrooms (eg. the utensil drawer had mould in it). The door knobs were falling off, bits rusted and missing everywhere - lights didn't work.

We loved our stay at the resort, thank you!

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Also the apartment was great with everything we needed. The pool was awesome too!

Comfortable unit in amazing locatiom

The location is fantastic. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Greenmount beach is stunning. Everything you need within walking distance. The pool is nice and warm and the spa is delightful.

Rooms are a little run down which we didn't mind. There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be fixed.

Worst place I have ever stayed....never again

I liked the beaches close by

The apartment was dirty, dirty dishes in the draws. The floor was dirty. Bath was dirty. One bathroom had no towel rail at all. This was told to the management & he told us to go find another place. We checked in after 3pm from a long drive with a little child so we had to put up with the dirty apartment. We will never be staying there. Our garden view was the Main road. There were cockroaches in the beds.the stairwell smelt of urine.

Great location. Within walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was roomy and clean. All bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.

It was hard being on the third floor without a lift.

Just a lack of communicaton with our request.

It was a very clean and comfy unit and a great location.

There was a mix up with communication. I didnt realise there were so many stairs from the basement and no lift. We arrived late on 9th March for my husband to have knee surgery the next morning and had to climb 33 stairs, even though I had written in booking that we needed a ground level apartment. I hadnt heard from anyone about this. During the next day I found a road entrance with less stairs for him after surgery. If we had have been told earlier I think we should have stayed somewhere else.

awesome position, but maintenance seems a bit of a challenge

location and space inside

air cond broken in main bedroom- leaking like Fontana di Trevi and soaking carpet, had to put fridge tray under to capture the water and towels inside so we dampen a bit the noise but in the end had to move a mattress downstairs to sleep on the floor! issue was reported in the first day, temporary fix was applied and reoccurred the very next day, so we gave up. Also, water from the pool ( I think, because of the chorine smell) was leaking in the garage spot. Kind of annoying things like that.
