Great value stay

Friendly reception and very accommodating to our requests. Comfortable and spacious room. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Undercover parking

The breakfast was appalling , it was cold on delivery and in complete order Was un eatable , Their was only an excuse given they were short on staff the lady was a new employee etc No compensation for a $81.50 breakfast that we couldn't eat and sent back Was not impressed 😕

The response to our crappy breakfast Could of offered a continental brekky for next morning. To be honest, I wouldn't have ordered a hot brekky again We weren't even reimbursed for part of breakfast that didn't turn up Very disappointing 😞

Great place for a few nights in pretty Tamworth.

Lovely welcome from Annie. Location handy to everything. Very friendly staff, room very comfortable.

Toast rather than bread for breakfast but that is just a personal preference. Eggs and bacon, excellent.

Close to soccer oval and walk across bridge to town

reception area had smell, traffic noise, restaurant not open for the week with no notice and no airport shuttle, despite being advertised on booking.com

The property was difficult, dishonest and greedy when I cancelled a fully refundable booking.

10/10 for Booking.com. 0/10 for Quality Inn Ashby House Tamworth ... this property refused to refund a 4 night fully refundable booking when I cancelled it 3 days later, despite it being 3 weeks in advance and the room having been re-booked by someone else. When I contacted them 2 weeks after cancelling, they were adamant I could not get a refund, said it was too late to do anything, and actively discouraged me from contacting Booking.com saying they would do nothing. When Booking.com investigated, the property lied to them and said they hadn’t charged my credit card. Booking.com were incredibly helpful and I have now been refunded, but well over a month since I cancelled.

Didn’t see a soul.

The rooms large, very clean .

No reception. Key left in a box to collect. No one to advise were to go for a meal, as their restaurant was closed.

Pretty good. But will be looking for queen beds next time we go to Tamworth.

Location. Price. Clean. Friendly cleaning staff.

Double bed. Prefer Queen. $8 for a load of laundry. Installing solar panels during our visit which we understand is one off but was a little inconvenient and the installers were a bit untidy with their packaging letting plastic bags blow away.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, including room service dinner.

Great place to stay for a family. Recommended

The look of the place is very cool. The apartment was nice and roomy, plenty of space for a family of 4. The bathroom was new and clean. The best thing was the shower, amazing water pressure.

The split system air conditioning was noisy through the night. The double bed was a little bouncy.

Great central location. We stayed in the cottage which was private, quiet, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

I like the covered parking, i like the set up of their restaurants, the quality of the room and walls, i like how they offer daily cleaning. The staff are nice and very accommodating.

I think the price is a bit too expensive for what it can offer. It is not really like walking distance from big shops. The price in the menu is a bit pricey too and not too much options that a restaurant can offer. I suggest to add more menu to entice more people eating in the restaurant.
