Very comfortable, spacious and great quiet location.

Very tidy and located in peaceful suburb. The owner was very pleasant to deal with.

Not a dislike but a recommendation … an outdoor table and chairs on the bbq side would be great for dining.

Bell House is a clean, comfortable home base when visiting Tamworth

Very comfortable accommodation in a good location with an easy driving distance to Tamworth CBD. The house was spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Off street parking was available.

It was restful, quiet and peaceful place to stay with everything you needed to be comfortable.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. A NUMBER OF SUPERMARKETS WERE CLOSE BY. CLOSE TO THE INFORMATION CENTRE.

The leather chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in and the neighbours dog’s barking was incessant when they were away.

be very careful with the staying there if we use all beds and bathrooms we have to pay 500 dollars very very disappointe

nothing much the house owner was very much annoying that he sometimes park his car in property and ask when we are living and how many people staying and we are very dissatisfied when he told us if we make use all the all bed and towel we have have to pay extra as I have 2 kids they sleep in bed they wanted. he send emails of 560 dollar adding bills . I have never never experienced this kinda nasty rules from any one

Comfortable, clean accommodation.

Convenient location, close to my friend's house. Very quiet - no traffic noise. Excellent Gas Heater in Lounge area.

The outside of the kettle could have been cleaner. The back door had not been locked. I had to do that before retiring for the first night.

It was a very nice property and had all of the facilities that I required. The beds were very comfortable. It was also a quiet location. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Kitchen cupboards and drawers were a bit dirty. It seemed like the guests are responsible for the cleaning of these

Fantastic home and host.

Des is a fantastic host who really cares about his guests. He goes above and beyond. The house was spotless. The bed is amazing. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom so if you are travelling with others you have two bathrooms. It is a 3 bedroom villa unit tucked at the back of the property so it is very private. It feels more like a house than a villa unit. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, outdoor areas & off street allocated parking spaces made it feel very secure. It also had great aircon & wifi.
