Posizione eccezionale, colazione ottima

Gratidão a toda equipe do Hotel Pellegrino e Pace.

I loved the staff who go the extra mile to help you. I loved the location just before the Basilica of the Holy House.

Location is basically the only positive aspect of this hotel.
Staff was unfriendly and frankly unwelcoming at check-in. Later I discovered that the air conditioner installed in our room was not working and when I informed the woman at reception she very flippantly replied that if I wanted air conditioning I should have requested it at the time of reservation. Her male colleague simply grunted as if to say “tough luck, it’s your problem”.
I can live without air conditioning, but there is no excuse for bad attitude and disrespect.
Very unprofessional.

It was a last minute booking on our way to the south. Good value for your money. Simple and clean.
Great location. Nice bakery next door.

The building itself is fine and the location in the center of the city is good.
The manager and his staff are completely unhelpful and unwelcoming. When we arrived I asked about parking while my husband waited in the car, but the man couldn't take the time to tell me - just said the hotel isn't open until 3:30. (the next day we discovery there was an elevator to the parking lot which would have been good to know when bringing in the suitcases. (My husband is 81).
Then they asked for 45 Euros extra to turn on the air conditioner.( It was 38 degrees in Loreto! ).
The room is like a monastery cell and it was expensive . If we had wanted to stay in a monastery we would have booked one. Monasteries are much less expensive. This hotel is really a monastery, but with hotel prices.
There is no soap, no shampoo, no fridge. no water, no towels (until I asked for them).
They couldn't provide a map of the city. There was a concert in Loreto while we there (in fact it took place right outside the hotel), but the staff provided no information about it.
The room I reserved promised a view of the city , but we looked directly onto a brick wall. ( See attached photo)
There was no cleaning of the room and we stayed for 3 days. It would have been nice if they could have taken out the garbage at least once.
The staff (with the except of the young woman the desk) were unhelpful an unfriendly.
We actually have never had bad experience before in any hotel in Italy, but this was bad.
Pick a different hotel.
