On site parking and proximity to town and the beach

The location was excellent. It was an easy walk into town. The site has direct access to the beach, via the rear boundary. The hot water in the shower is fabulous and the water pressure is excellent (I was in a Level 1 room). The beds are comfortable. The internet is fairly consistent. The room size is generous. There is car parking on site.

The rooms have brick walls, and there does not seem to be acoustic separation between neighbouring rooms. The rooms are retro, and have had at least one mini makeover since they were first built, but for the room price they are ready for another refurbishment. The fridge froze my drinks.

Repeat stay. Always clean and rooms spacious.

Location, size of rooms, staff super friendly and responsive.

WiFi does not work. People smoking outside their rooms goes into bedrooms. Nasty people smoke on top of others.

Great Location & comfortable stay

The location to town and the beach is fabulous. There’s a pool (although the weather wasn’t the best to use during our stay ) The staff were lovely for check in and questions. We were upstairs with the balcony which was great.

My friend wanted to iron a dress to go out but there was no iron or board on the room. Upon searching she found the laundry but there wasn’t one in there either.

Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back

Very spacious room and bathroom, beautiful terrace, pool, architecture. Location was excellent, direct to the beach. Bed linen crispy white, spotless. All is tropic vibe inspired. Pictures on website are realistic.

Carpet in the room, old blue one. Would be so much better with some easy cleaning tiles.

Super stay… close to everything Byron has to offer.

Love staying here! Great position.. easy walk to shops , beach and restaurants. Comfy rooms with all you need. Very quiet, despite being on main road. Pool area great for afternoon swim. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location, minutes walk to town & it was reasonably priced compared to the rest of Byron.

The bed was not that comfortable & there was no iron.

Thank goodness we were in and out ASAP. No interaction with staff at all even by phone.

Very well equipped Motel in a fantastic location with lovely staff

The private beach access gate was very handy. Beach towels were provided by reception at no additional cost. The BBQ and pool area were very well equipped. The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. The location was super just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town along a cycle and footpath and 1 minute walk to the beach along the private access track at the back of the property.

Relaxing 3 nights, definitely recommend this place

Lovely place, good value for the price, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, but close enough to everything. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Also close to the beautiful beaches.

Comfy spacious stay

The motel had a nice open layout with rooms arranged on one side of the property, and was handy that we could park our car right in front of our room. I liked that the front door was automatically locked so didn't have to fuss about locking (but make sure you don't forget your keys). The room key gives you access to a shortcut to the beach across the train tracks. The room was spacious and clean.

The shower curtain wasn't very useful - it didn't close completely so when you shower, water gets leaked to the main bathroom area, but there was a drain, so no big deal.
