We loved it!

Great location with many choices for food and activities. The staff is overwhelmingly helpful and kind. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded our stay and offered us complimentary wine and gifts. We will always love this place.

Wonderful experience

The hotel and its facilities are absolutely beautiful. The attention to details is remarkable. We even got a "welcome gift" with a bottle of wine and some snacks. The pool and the bar area really relaxing and comfortable. The private beach wonderful and perfect to enjoy privacy and the sea. The food was excellent, very fresh, everything for everyone and always plenty. We enjoyed especially the food at the Pool Bar. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling and helping with all questions and needs. We even got some pills from the Reception. Amazing people. I cannot wait to come back. Felt like home away from home.

A last minute short break with my husband which we enjoyed immensely. Top hotel ****^

Excellent location with beautiful pool and spa right on the private beach. luxurious sun loungers always available. Food and cocktails fantastic. Above all though staff were super friendly, professional and courteous. Thoroughly deserves its awards and 5* rating.

Nothing. The only thing that would have possibly made it better for me personally is it it were adults only as it has that vibe about it.

Staff was nice and really helpful. The privacy of the beach was good.

Dinner selection was poor, not worthy. it was better to walk/drive to closer tavernas. on one side of the hotel there was not-finished, abandoned hotel so there was garbage around that side.

The hotel has a boho feeling with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The food by the pool bar was delicious. We did not try the buffet during dinner. The omelette at breakfast was the best I have ever had!

Our room had a few steps - but it was not really an issue.

Relaxed & Mature Vibe

The Manager and all Staff were really friendly, helpful and approachable... The Hotel seemed to run smoothly and we could not find a fault with any of the service. We arrived a few hours before standard check in time but they were able to give us access to our room early, which was great. The Front desk team are helpful with local information and can help arrange Car rentals directly from the hotel, as they have some on-site already. The hotel and rooms have a relaxed minimalistic boho/beachy decor.. very nice & modern, it created a really nice calming and affordable luxury feel. The guests were mostly of a more mature age with some families & younger couples also. Food: The Breakfast and Dinner buffets were tasty and have a great choice of Savoury & Sweet foods with a good salad bar. (Evening Dinner buffet is 28 euro PP, not including drinks... when compared to local restaurant prices this seemed fairly priced and gave a good variety and excellent quality) The Lunch Menu at the pool bar has a fine dining vibe, everything was excellently presented and tasted great. Pool bar cocktails were nice and again, the pool bar staff are really polite and friendly. The pool area is nice and chilled with extra comfy sun loungers, There is a Semi-private beach access again with the hotel providing the extra comfort loungers for the hotel guests compared to the pool bar/restaurant next door. There is another larger beach to the left of the hotel (Banana Beach) that also has some water activities and nice restaurants. For a great Sunset view, head to the area on top of the small cliff above the beach to the left. There is an on-site mini market that has drinks, snacks, toiletries and gifts. Local taxi prices: 35 euro to/from the airport 22 euro to/from the local town of Argassi (more nightlife and shops etc) (15mins drive) Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely recommend to others.

Superb

We had great time! This is the perfect place if you're looking for peace and quiet. Excellent the pool area and the private beach, close to each other which is great for kids. The room was comfortable with large terrace and large bed, awesome! We really appreciated the espresso machine with complimentary pods, water and also a welcome bottle of wine. Rooms are quiet but this also depends on your neighbors and your room location. Kids club was amazing. I would recommend massage in the spa even if the spa itself isn't really great. You have everything you need but if you'd like to move around is better to rent a car as the hotel is not in a village. Banana beach is 2 min by foot from the hotel.

Restaurant service wasn't great also considering it was low season. Half of the staff seems to have no experience and quality of the service depends on the area you're seating in and who's looking after you. I can say Solomon (sorry if misspelled) was the best one. If he was there service was great, fast and efficient. Poor privacy in the terrace as the wall separating 2 rooms was quite short so you can easily see yours neighbors. Playground would need renovation.

if putting some colorful flowers on table , if on beach they serve more , if lunch of the hotel had tapas and more small bites , the beds at beach where litle weak different at the pool where they where perfect , if the spend litle more effort on small things it wil be in future a defenet 10 , but we would recoment this hotel to others regards stefabus

A relaxing, stylish resort in peaceful surroundings

Beautifully designed, stylish interiors. Good sized rooms with lovely balcony and bathroom. The pool area is really nice and the private beach is just perfect. By far the best thing about the resort is the staff. All really friendly, professional and helpful. Oh and the breakfast! Absolutely fantastic.

Be warned, the pool is not heated! Unfortunately also the hot tub/sauna were no longer in use so the spa facilities are quite limited.

All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best. The bed was extremely comfortable . Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor spa and the long walks on the beach and the surrounding mountains. We will be back next year.

The Bay hotel is a very nicely located on its private beach and the hotel decoration has a lot of character. The food was very good and breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices. The pool and the sun beds are fantastic, and the proximity of the pool and the beach is unique.

The town is a 15 minutes drive and one needs a car to get around the island.

Modern and minimal

Loved this hotel for its ambiance. It has a modern minimal style yet it is warm and authentic. The location is one of its strongest assets as it is set just on its own private beach. The food is very nice and so are the cocktails made from fresh fruits.

The hotel is beautiful and has good service. The breakfast has a big variety and a lot of fresh fruits. The garden is very well kept and the rooms are specious with a modern style.

Very comfortable room with nice big balconies and incredible view. Breakfast had a great variety and lunch was good with a lot of nice Greek dishes. Will come back soon.

Relaxing vacation

Very clean hotel and we had excellent moments of relaxation here. Our room had a separate living room, the breakfast was delicious, drinks at the bar were tasty too, amazing staff and housekeeping, restaurant had also great food and hotel had a children pool and children's club. Property was approximately 14 km. from the town of Zakynthos but this wasn't a problem, 'cause we had rent a car. Definitely we'll be back for more days.

My room was great looking and it had an well-condition a/c, equipped with satellite TV and a fridge. The sea view of Ionian Sea from my private balcony was majestic! Breakfast at the morning buffet had a lot of choices. Reasonable rates for season too.

One of the best hotels in Zakynthos. Advantages: - own coastline, convenient sandy entry into the sea, a sufficient number of sun loungers, towels are changed every day - varied and fresh buffet food. a la carte lunch is offered by the pool. taste and presentation at the level of high-class restaurants - the hotel grounds and rooms are cleaned daily, the restaurant is very clean and tidy. But the biggest advantage is the atmosphere created by the hotel staff. care from the front desk to the general manager. the feeling that you are a welcome guest.

Loved it (with minor observations)

The staff is very friendly, the service was fantastic, the location is amazing and the room was very comfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean and everytime we showered the water went everywhere, also the gym needs a bit of love but overall amazing place to stay.

Overall really nice hotel and friendly staff, Beautiful beach and pool area, exceptionally clean.

Beach and pool area, spa was very nice. Breakfast was good, but for a 5 star hotel, we were expecting a menu breakfast, rather than a buffet, which was the same every day.

The bar restaurant was very good, it was disappointing that the dinner in the main restaurant was a buffet and you don't have the option to choose from the menu, as the restaurant closes at 5pm. 5 star hotel should offer both options to choose from, as we ended up going out to local restaurants instead. Also, taxi was a real issue, again 5 star hotel could maybe have a hotel taxi driver as it was very difficult to get a taxi and we ended up getting lift form the staff ( Nikos - thank you ) or the owner of the Italian restaurant.
