Fab stay - top notch food

Fabulous food - restaurant was excellent - top notch dinner. Lovely location- we were on the way to The Malvern Flower show. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Another pillow - they were a bit soft.

Very good

friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, and location. Great for the dog. Great to be able to have a meal with the dog too and the water bowl offered, really thoughtful. Thank you.

The hotel is as it’s advertised . beautiful surroundings 😊

The property is a older quirky house/hotel cosy and welcoming. The location was lovely central to places we wished to visit . The food was excellent with a good varied menu and staff were lovely and welcoming

Everything. Wonderful staff. Very clean a really classy hotel. All lovely gardens, food was good and a good selection of drinks. Rooms were as we expected for this type of hotel. The service was top class.

Lovely stay, would go again.

Lovely room, tasty food and lots of things to do.

The bed was fairly short, so my feet stuck off the end, and it wasn't clear that the swimming pool was closed.

a relaxing break. with true old fashioned service, charm and cosseting. After one night you will want to stay for a week

it is set in beautiful countryside buy easy to reach. The grounds are lovely and well kept and upon arrival the staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are large and welcoming with old fashioned charm but beautifully clean and well appointed. Tea and coffee making facilities, as well as home made biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge, are additional touches. The sitting room had a roaring fire and no shortage of wood and we were welcome to have afternoon tea, as well as pre and post dinner drinks in front of it. Our meal was exceptional. Fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked, well presented, served efficiently and tasted delicious. Breakfast was table serviced with generous portions and a wide variety of choice. overall I cannot recommend this property enough. what a gem.

A Costswolds Gem

The room and the size of the room. The staff was so lovely. Food and service is amazing. Goegoeus property in lovely grounds and fab location for exploring The Cotswolds. Very nice bathroom products.

Nothing... absolutely gem of a hotel and perfect for exploring The Cotswolds Of there was one thing. If you put a biscuit barrel in the room it needs biscuits. Disappointed, especially as the homemade shortbread was so good.

Disappointing but saved by excellent food and location.

The food and location were both excellent.

The decor is dated and swimming pool disappointing since water not heated due to mechanical problem. This was not mentioned when I booked. Bedroom radiator not working and inferior taps and shower curtain in bathroom.

The food, staff, service and ambience are all well above par.

I was attending the Cheltenham Festival at the racecourse so the location was perfect for me. I love the fact that you are served breakfast which saves queuing and having to eat food that has been lying out for hours.

I didn't like the pillows or blankets but that is a personal thing.
