Our stay overall was great the staff was nice and attentive

Room and dining was great no complaints

The check in process was a little time consuming after a long flight and still had to wait almost 40 mins to check in was a bit frustrating

Amazing and outstanding and I’ll give secrets wild Orchard preferred club a five star

I like that the property was very clean. It was romantic, after hours when you were hungry they had a jerk chicken . I Loved that the pools didn’t have a time frame on when you can swim. My husband and I did a lot of late night swimming which we really felt like we were on vacation . I want to send a shot out to your bartender, Sasha that works inside secrets preferred club on the first floor and O’Brien ,their hospitality was superb and so welcoming we will come again!.Thanks for a wonderful stay

The mosquitoes were awful, I feel like the hotel should’ve offered some type of bug spray in the room like the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc.

It was our Anniversary but it felt like a regular stay, however Suzanne, and Dawn made it special.

The food was exceptionally great excellent restaurants and variety to choose from.

Some of the staff could have been more friendlier, smile more and also do less discussion in front of the guests on hotel related matters.

I loved the chance to Visit Jamaica, people and place Wonderful, Beautiful ...Too Humid for me

Staff are professional, top notch! World Café Buffet is Excellent! Adia and Devon are great Concierge! Dewayne Bartender at Barracuda Bar should be a stand up comedian, he made me laugh every day!! We were in the preferred club group and loved the daily E-Board that kept the activities and news at our finger tips, and the rotation of a small buffet all day made it a fun bonus!!

The options for a Vegetarian are limited, to salads, pizza and fruit. Each restaurant such as French or Italian has few entrees and its not even authentic for each cuisine. Too many issues with maintenance such as shower heads, no lights, things not working or upkeep is lacking. the St. James Resort you can visit has same type of food, so that's boring. The Breathless resort we also has access to was nice to look at but the staff was rude and SNOBBY! Also many chairs with arms such as the French, Italian and Club lounge in Wild Orchid were not able to accommodate many plus size people as I ran into many people complaining (30 or more) in my week stay.

They switch my room From king bed to two double it was our anniversary and we had to sleep in separate beds

I would never go back there again even if offered it free of charge

The food was terrible, had to queue up for an hour and half to eat at The Blue Mountain restaurant. All the restaurants were poor !!! Disappointing

bad business ethics

nice property and clean facilities

I fell on the property and broke my ankle so I need to cut short my stay to return home to seek medical attention. I tried to ask for a change in my reservation and a refund and the hotel staff said they cannot do anything as I have made my reservation through booking.com. when I contact booking.com they said it’s the hotels’ discretion to handle such requests. I am okay with no refund but not ok with parties playing games and pushing me around especially when I am injured badly.

Overall my stay was great.

We had to wait for about an hour for dinner at the Blue Mountain restaurant. Should have been buffet style.

stunning hotel, definitely worth the five star rating

The suite was outstanding. the food was varied and delicious. the snorkelling instructor was great.

Fix the slow service and terrible food and you have a chance.

Pool and beach were beautiful. Wish they didn’t allow guests to grab loungers for half a day and not show up.

Food was terrible, service in all of the restaurants was extraordinarily slow- 30-40 minutes to get entrees and another 20-30 minutes to get desserts. Rooms were beautiful but our reserved room had mildew in the air conditioning vent that made the room smell awful. We had to switch to a different room without the view we wanted. Then I had to argue for 45 minutes to get my rate reduced because I downgraded to a lower category room.

Paradise! Just what the doctor ordered!

we loved the property and staff was personable, friendly and accommodating. Loved the activities held on the property. The food and the restaurant were really good. We also enjoyed the access to the property and Breathless.

I didn’t like how the representative pressured my husband and I to allow them to tell us about the different offers. It was a turn off.
